I found Paul through an AI search, and I’m very glad I did. From the start, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and refreshingly straightforward. He communicated clearly, offered honest advice, and delivered exactly what he promised, with no hidden costs or surprises. The work was completed efficiently, professionally, and on schedule. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise, integrity, and excellent service so well. I’d highly recommend Paul to anyone looking for quality work and someone they can truly trust.

Paul was completely unprofessional, late on several occasions, and broke our washing machine. He has since ignored 3 texts, an email and a phone call. He is not only unprofessional, he is a borderline crook and cost us over $1,000 to replace our washing machine.
Paul has been able to repair several appliances at my property. He is clear with his diagnostic approach and estimates for repair. I appreciate being able to deal with a local professional rather than a faceless entity
Fast, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable! We have used him 3 times now and will use him again if something else breaks!
Paul knew what he was doing and honest about the repair needed, which would be close to the cost , if not exceed, the cost of a new one. Thanks again Paul.
Paul was able to come earlier than expected diagnosed and replaced a bad ignitor kit. Tested oven and burners all worked. Cleaned up when he was done. I will recommend him to anyone who needs appliance repairs.
Paul helped identify the part I needed over the phone, had it shipped to my house, and came to install it as soon as it arrived. Highly recommend --

First of all nobody broke your washing machine. Second of all moving a washing machine does not cause it's a break we have done it over a thousand times third of all had wrong parts on it and missing parts so whoever gave you those machines would be the crook. Everything about you people was a big lie as soon as I walked in. I have the resources and competence make sure you let your wife know this to figure out when someone's trying to hustle me. Go back to whoever gave you those machines because they were not working and we're not able to work because they have wrong parts and missing parts. Unfortunate you got taken advantage of and it's cute that you try to blame me however any idiot technician we'll know when a customer is lying those machines were not in working order before I took it apart it is virtually impossible you can say they were working or it was working and I can prove it was not working. So take your used machines back to wherever you bought it or whoever gave it to you and get your money back because it is virtually impossible for that washing machine to have been working no matter what you say
I cannot recommend Paul or Northside Appliance Services. What started as a routine dryer cleaning turned into an incredibly frustrating and expensive experience due to his apparent lack of professionalism and basic troubleshooting ability. We hired Paul specifically to clean our dryer and replace the dryer vent hose. To do so, he had to pull my stacked washer and dryer away from the wall. Before he arrived, the washing machine was working perfectly. Immediately after he completed his work and pushed the units back, my washer stopped functioning properly and began sending water onto the floor instead of the machine. When brought to his attention, he claimed he didn't know what happened or what could be causing the problem. He came back the following morning to look at the washer, but rather than diagnosing and resolving the issue, he was completely at a loss. To make the situation worse, he took the washer apart and left my home without identifying the problem, without fixing it, and without putting the washing machine back together. His suggestion was that I could order a part that might fix the issue, but he wasn't sure that would be a solution. This is not the level of competence or professionalism I would expect from someone charging for appliance services. A technician should know their limitations, and take responsibility for their work (or lack thereof). I hired him for a functioning dryer cleaning and was left with a broken washing machine, a machine in pieces, and the cost of hiring someone else to fix his mess. At no point did he take responsibility for resolving the damage that occurred while servicing my dryer. Save yourself the headache and hire someone who knows what they're doing.
