Nobody should hire this man.
Paul was completely unprofessional, late on several occasions, and broke our washing machine. He has since ignored 3 texts, an email and a phone call. He is not only unprofessional, he is a borderline crook and cost us over $1,000 to replace our washing machine.
I cannot recommend Paul or Northside Appliance Services. What started as a routine dryer cleaning turned into an incredibly frustrating and expensive experience due to his apparent lack of professionalism and basic troubleshooting ability. We hired Paul specifically to clean our dryer and replace the dryer vent…
Paul has been able to repair several appliances at my property. He is clear with his diagnostic approach and estimates for repair. I appreciate being able to deal with a local professional rather than a faceless entity
Fast, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable! We have used him 3 times now and will use him again if something else breaks!
I called Paul with an issue with our dryer. He fit me in same day , came on time, and fixed the issue. Highly recommend!
Paul was responsive and prompt. He diagnosed and fixed my dryer quickly! It is obvious that he really knows his stuff! Highly recommend!
Paul was conveniently available, professional, fairly priced, and got the job done well. I'd happily hire him again. Price cited below included parts.
Paul is great and fixed my 25 year old dryer and it’s working good as new.
Paul is fantastic. We worked with him first in 2018. When an issue cropped up this year, we remembered our great experience and he was the only person we considered. He did not disappoint this time either. When a need arises again, there is no doubt that we'll call Paul again.
Paul was communicative, quickly and methodically diagnosed the issue with my washer, and also cleaned out my dryer (which was a last-minute request). Price was reasonable. I'd definitely use their services again.
On time, very professional, costs all as advertised
Paul is great
Northside was great to work with, I had gotten a quote from somewhere else that didn’t quite feel right so I called them to get their thoughts. Paul came to take a look, was able to diagnose and fix the issue for much less than the place I spoke to first and had the parts to do it in the same trip. They were…
Great overall experience & quality service provided
Quickly diagnosed the problem and had it repaired in short order! Reasonably priced as well!
Had a great experience with Paul. He knows his stuff, great to work with. Our dryer stopped working, Paul had a good idea of what it could be over the phone. He arrived when he said he would, kept in constant communication as necessary. Will definitely call on him again if needed. Thanks Paul! UPDATE: Just had our…
Great experience w Paul. Will call again for future! Thanks for fixing my dryer!
Paul is a good guy who fixed my laundry issue. On time, professional. Will use him again.
Easy online appointments. Immediate confirmation and continued communication- especially when his previous appt was running late and would affect mine. I had described the problem by text, so he had a presumptive diagnosis which he confirmed on arrival and was able to quickly fix my dryer, as he had already brought…
I cannot recommend Paul enough. He is upfront and honest and goes above and beyond.
Paul was very knowledgeable. Fixed my dryer in no time flat and was tidy. And the amount paid was comparable to other quotes I received.
Paul was very kind and quick to resolve my issue. I would use them again.
Paul was great! His dependable and takes care of the problem. His the one to call. Would definitely recommend him!
Paul was very prompt and professional. He was able to quickly identify the issue with the dryer and got it fix very quickly
I called because my dryer went out. Paul asked a few questions over the phone and showed up within 48 hours and he had the part to repair the dryer. Also gave me some tips on general maintenance for the dryer. He was a very nice guy and easy to schedule around my needs. I would definitely the service again or recommend to a friend!
Paul is great. Very honest and efficient. Highly recommend
Paul is very responsive to phone calls and texts. He had asked me questions ahead of time to narrow it down to what the problem could be and pre-ordered the part that he thought was needed. It happened to be an easy fix so he was in an out in about a half an hour.
Paul did a fantastic job fixing my clothes dryer. He saved me a lot of money since I didn't have to buy a new dryer. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them. Very professional.
Paul is quick and professional, we've used him multiple times.
The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly he explained what was wrong very well I would recommend him
I needed repair to my dryer - It was super easy to schedule and Paul came as scheduled, and let me know ahead of time that it was likely a two man job. He and his partner clearly explained the issue, showing me what was wrong and fixed it quickly. I would absolutely use this company again, it was a great experience.
Paul did a great job. He contacted me beforehand to review details of the issue and get the dryer model number. He arrived, identified the problem, and he had the parts with him to make the fix. Great experience and very professional. Thanks!
Fast and professional service. Came out next day and fixed the dryer properly the first time.
They were very consultative and completed the work they said they would on time, and at the price quoted.
Paul was excellent! Great communication, he was very informative, and solved the issues. I would absolutely recommend Northside Appliance Services!
Very professional . Diagnosed the issue and discussed options before any work was started . Thanks Paul !
