Paul has been out to work on most of my appliances in the last few years and he has always been honest & upfront about the cost and if it's even worth fixing. He calls and asks for the appliance information & what's wrong before coming and can often fix it on his first visit. It's also so easy to schedule an appointment online.
Paul from Northside was really helpful with my oven issue. He was able to diagnose the problem with my problem description over the phone and came to repair my oven quickly with the part needed, all in one trip.

I've had Paul come out to our condo twice. The first time was to look at both our washing machine and dishwasher. Paul said the problems weren't worth fixing (the machines worked, but had an issue), and only charged us a fee for one of them. I appreciated the fact that he was upfront and honest with us. Paul was super responsive and quick to get to our place to repair a stove that wasn't lighting. When the oven went out a couple weeks later, unrelated to the stove, he was helpful and squeezed us in again at a busy time.
Paul kept in touch with me over a long parts delay at the manufacturer, and got me fixed up as soon as it came in. Very professional, and I’d call him again for sure.
