Paul was great and super hard worker
They were able to come out the same day I called to check my fridge 2 days before Christmas. Unfortunately it was DOA and the parts are no longer available. But I was so grateful to learn that in time to order a new one that could be delivered quickly since I had a house full of guests. They also gave me good advice.
Paul has been out to work on most of my appliances in the last few years and he has always been honest & upfront about the cost and if it's even worth fixing. He calls and asks for the appliance information & what's wrong before coming and can often fix it on his first visit. It's also so easy to schedule an appointment online.
Solid performance, timely getting back to me and even rescheduling for a tricky plugged up refrigerator. Also felt it was worth the spend. Thanks!
Called and scheduled appointment with 2 weeks. Arrived on time. Diagnosed problem with ice maker. Fixed broken oven quickly and competently. Prices were fair. Would definitely use again in the future.

Paul and Rob did a Great job of identifying the ice maker as the problem , ordered the part, and installed the new one and checked to insure all was OK following the completion. They were prompt and very courteous.
Paul was great. very responsive to phone calls and text messages. I had an issue with my freezer and although it took a few tries to figure out what was wrong with it, he did not push to fix anything that wasn't wrong. Also when it was time to get a new fridge vs. fixing it, Paul let me know when it was time instead…
