Paul helped identify the part I needed over the phone, had it shipped to my house, and came to install it as soon as it arrived. Highly recommend --
Highly recommended using Northside Appliance Service. The fridge wasn't cold which seemed to happen overnight but the freezer seemed to be ok. Contracted Paul for repair. He is punctual, easy to communicate with, knowledgeable & efficient. He kept me informed every step of the way & saved the day for us. Will use his service again ~ positive experience.
Paul is the "Appliance Whisperer". He can fix any appliance ever made (except toasters). And he does it with complete authority. He gave me free diagnosis over the phone so I could fix my washer myself. Who does that?! Seriously, call him next time your refrigerator stops running or your dishwasher stops…
Had a great experience with Paul. He knows his stuff, great to work with. Our dryer stopped working, Paul had a good idea of what it could be over the phone. He arrived when he said he would, kept in constant communication as necessary. Will definitely call on him again if needed. Thanks Paul! UPDATE: Just had our…
Paul and crew were great. Called around 10 am to ask about repair for my warm fridge. They came out around 5 pm same day and had the unit repaired in around an hour. Had the part needed with them and good to go. Great guys as well.
Great service. Was prompt and professional. Resolved the issue the same day. Will definitely use again
Paul and Rob did a Great job of identifying the ice maker as the problem , ordered the part, and installed the new one and checked to insure all was OK following the completion. They were prompt and very courteous.
Paul was incredibly helpful and responsive, going above and beyond to help us with our LG fridge when countless other repair companies refused to engage with LG products at all. I would highly recommend their services and would use them again in the future.
Paul helped me diagnose the problem with my refrigerator. He could not make it to my home on the short notice due to other scheduled appointments so he walked me through how to determine the problem. After a couple of steps and texting him a couple of pictures, he identified the problem part and just told me to…
Paul is great. Very honest and efficient. Highly recommend
I highly recommend Northside Appliance services. Paul was very responsive and helpful. He helped guide the right decision based on our situation and needs. This was a refreshing focus on customer service which can be hard to come by. 5 stars.
Punctual, friendly, and honest. I would highly recommend!
It was fast and correctly. Very good job
Overall, wonderful experience. From initial contact to the service check & having my refrigerator checked, Paul did an amazing job! He was able to let me know that I’d be better off getting a new fridge instead of trying to sell me parts to “see” if the fridge would work again, loved that! Didn’t waste my time or…
Very professional, and reasonably priced . Would recommend for future issues . Our service tech that came out was paul
Paul was quick to respond and coordinating the appt was easy. Fast and affordable!
Paul was a lifesaver when my refrigerator started freezing sporadically. I called him in the late morning and he was not only able to come out and look at it the same day but also leave to get the parts, return and repair the refrigerator. He was extremely professional and responsive and exactly the type of person I…
Paul was quick in assessing the problem on my 15 year old refrigerator. It was not worth fixing and I appreciate his honesty. I will be purchasing a new one, but thank you Paul for checking it out for me. I contacted the company today and received same day service. Hopefully I won't need your business anytime soon,…
Unprofessional... No masks, wore shoes in house, unsanitary experience. He said the fridge was not repairable. Thankfully we got a 2nd opinion from another company to repair.
