Very knowledgeable, helpful, troubleshooting and clean. Didn’t oversell things I didn’t need. Would recommend
Excellent communication in both arrival time and assessment of issue. Upfront on cost to repair, and timely in completion.
Paul was able to assess the problem with our washer and repair quickly for a reasonable price. We greatly appreciate it!
On time, both times: first time troubleshooting, second time repair performed with new part brought by Paul. Very satisfied, I definitely recommend Paul!
Paul was very kind and quick to resolve my issue. I would use them again.
They came when they said they would. They were knowledgeable and fair.
Very responsive and quick repair for dryer and washing machine troubles.
I really appreciated how Paul listened to my situation and was willing to work with me on a unique issue involving repairs I was coordinating with other contractors. Definitely recommend!!
Made appointment and communicated regularly until the job was completed.
Fair price, prompt service. Really nice
Paul saved the day when our dryer suddenly stopped working. He was able to get us scheduled quickly, was extremely responsive and beyond patient with my questions. Would highly recommend and use them again!
Paul is the best! So responsive and gets things done right the first time
Paul was great! Our washer stopped spinning and he fixed it in 10 minutes. Highly recommended him and I'll use them again.
Northside Appliance Repair did a fantastic job fixing our washer. We have one of those pesky, front loading washers that the previous owners had allowed the seal to get moldy. It is no easy task to swap the seal out - especially when the units are stacked - but they did so quick and efficiently! Paul and his…
Northside appliances were great. The came out the next day and although they were a bit late, they kept me updated on ETA. They fixed our dishwasher and dryer no problem and seemed very knowledgeable.
Paul is super knowledgeable, he's responsive, he's quick, and he's super cost effective. I will definitely be using Northside Appliance Service again!!

We used them for our washer and dryer. They were on time and were able to assist us with the units. I will be using them again.
Paul was the real deal. Dryer broke. I inquired about his services and heard back in 5 min. He was out same day found root cause in 15 min. In crazy covid times was able to find replacement part in 3 days vs month. Came back knocked out install in 15 min. Ran the machine through its cycles and off he went. Extremely…
Great work and was not time consuming.
Paul is a professional and knowledgeable. Will recommend and use again.
Paul is super friendly and helpful — and he's willing to answer all your questions, which I really appreciate. He's helped me out with a hot water tank and a washer/dryer issue, plus answered questions by text. He's easy to coordinate a visit with, shows up when he says he will, and gets the job done. Always my…
They came out to repair my machine, very professional. Now I'm back washing again, thank u sooo much.
Great service! would highly recommend. Worked with Paul, on washing machine and dryer repair. Actually returns your call! What a novelty.
Northside appliance showed up on time to repair my washer/dryer. Were courteous and professional. Completed the job and didn't overcharge or try to upsell me on anything. Would definitely recommend and use them again.
Great experience with Paul. He was responsive and efficient. Our dryer was fixed within hours of calling Northside Appliance Services. I would definitely recommend!
We're set up through home Depot extended warranty service to have repair. Machine was repaired, a new water pump was placed which was needed, and "running", when technician left . I verbalized my concerns, because despite machine "running" it wasn't running like it normally does and it seemed off. And the motor…
Paul was great. On time, professional and fixed the problem. Would definitely use again.
The communication was great, very responsive and prompt. Very helpful with analyzing possible issues with our dryer. He even helped me over the phone before arrival, which allowed me to rule out an issue with a separate appliance and certainly saved us time and money.
Unfortunately the part for my washer is no longer available, but, Paul R., diagnosed the issue in less than five minutes and suggested replacement options. Thank you!
Paul responded immediately to my first call and was shockingly able to service my Dryer same day. He came fully prepared with the correct parts, was quick and effect getting us back up in running in less than an hour. I will certainly be using Northside Appliance Services again.
My dryer had stopped drying. Northside's site let me schedule online. It was super easy. Paul came out and fixed the dryer in no time at all.
I am so happy to have found Paul. I have an investment property in Chicago while I live in NY area, so its hard to manage issues remotely. But Paul did everything right, gave the right advice, and my renter was very happy. Paul is a pro and a gentleman to deal with.
Always checks the boxes!!
Great service. Very professional.
Paul was kind enough to try and diagnose the problem before he came out. The solution didn’t work, but he was up front about the possibility it wouldn’t. Need a new washer now, but we sure appreciate his honesty and promptness.
