Paul did a fine job repairing an old washing machine with hard to find parts. It took three trips to find all the leaks on my old machine, but Paul was able to keep it operational while we waited for all the parts, and now I have a dry floor and clean clothes.

Paul is fantastic. We worked with him first in 2018. When an issue cropped up this year, we remembered our great experience and he was the only person we considered. He did not disappoint this time either. When a need arises again, there is no doubt that we'll call Paul again.
Paul is the "Appliance Whisperer". He can fix any appliance ever made (except toasters). And he does it with complete authority. He gave me free diagnosis over the phone so I could fix my washer myself. Who does that?! Seriously, call him next time your refrigerator stops running or your dishwasher stops…
Paul was communicative, quickly and methodically diagnosed the issue with my washer, and also cleaned out my dryer (which was a last-minute request). Price was reasonable. I'd definitely use their services again.

Paul has been out to work on most of my appliances in the last few years and he has always been honest & upfront about the cost and if it's even worth fixing. He calls and asks for the appliance information & what's wrong before coming and can often fix it on his first visit. It's also so easy to schedule an appointment online.
