Excellent service and very knowledgeable. They were able to get the work completed earlier than expected and was very affordable. The workers were friendly and professional.
Very happy with the tree removal, and at a great price too. I’m so glad I got a second estimate from Nova Tree Care.
Good communication and provided helpful advice on what was actually needed as far as tree removal and branch trimming which lowered the overall cost. Quick and efficient service the day of and good cleanup. Would recommend!
I reached out to Nova to consult regarding a red maple tree in our front yard of our newly purchased house. Bradford quickly came out and met with me to discuss my questions and concerns. After talking with him we opted to have the tree removed. The scheduling was very easy and they came out a few days later. They…
The estimate came back quickly, the price was good, and the work was done on time and done well. Overall great experience.
We had a large, declining maple tree removed by Nova Tree Care, and we couldn’t be happier with the work! From the initial estimate to the completion of the job, everyone was extremely professional, friendly, and respectful of our property. The tree was very large and required a lot of careful work to remove. We…
Working with Nova Tree Care was great! Their responses were very quick and informative and we were very happy with them.
Very grateful for Brad and his team. They were responsive and took care of a real mess of a fallen tree on our property. I've never seen the area as clean as when they left it. Highly recommend Nova Tree Care!
Nova Tree Care did an excellent job of taking down this tree, and removing the stump and huge roots. The team was professional and worked together quickly and efficiently. I wanted to relocate the hosta’s around the trunk of the tree, and they took extra care and time to dig out and preserve these plants. The area…
NOVA Tree Care removed the tree at my parents’ house and they are not tech savvy enough to leave a review. THIS COMPANY IS AMAZING!! They will always clean up after themselves, communicate with their customers well, and are very professional with their work. Make sure to reach out to Brad for a quote if you need tree work.
From the initial assessment from Bradley to the work performed by his team Blake, Ian and Josh, we could not be happier with Nova Tree Care. They removed ten dead/dying trees in wet conditions and did so without any yard damage, as well as cleaning up thoroughly. I give my highest endorsement should you need any sort of tree care or removal.
Nova Tree Care was easy to work with. They communicated well and were very professional on site. I will use them again.
I can't say enough about what a great job they did. And how fast they were about getting out here and helping us. We had a really big tree limb come down that was sitting on our fence and extended into my neighbor’s yard. So it was pretty urgent that we get somebody out to help. They hauled everything away but a…
Great service from Josh, Ian, and Blake! Communicated great throughout the service process
Great experience working with them. Had kind of an expedited timeline due to a tree getting ready to fall over. They came out and gave a no nonsense quote and got me scheduled. All of the work done was top notch. With safety and care for the surrounding property. I would not hesitate to work with them again.
Nova Tree Care couldn’t have been better! They had great communication, were able to get me on their schedule quickly, had very reasonable pricing, and had my tree removals done fast and efficiently. Highly recommend!
Great experience with Nova Tree Care. I always research/shop around to find the best balance of cost and quality. Bradford brought with him an arborist's perspective that I had hoped to find while staying extremely reasonable in pricing. He was able to talk through some options with me and was open to some of my…
Nova was right on time with the scheduling. Their quote was one of the lowest but the quality of service was perfect. I had a pretty big, difficult, multi-trunked tree that leaned everywhere it shouldn't but they were able to deconstruct it without letting it fall on any of the numerous targets available! THANKS…
Great communication and timely, professional service. Thank you!
I recently had a tree cut down in my front yard. Nova Tree Care was very professional from start to finish. After I requested an estimate, it was sent to me. The price was very fair, and I was very happy with it. The tree crew worked together very well, and the yard and street were cleaned up very well after the…
Amazing Service! Even better pricing, for the work completed. Brad and his team, provided top-notch care and attention in removing a 50-ft dying tree. His team removed all smaller limbs. and neatly placed larger pieces along fence line. They also ground up the stump, and neatly placed the shavings at the base of…
Excellent company to work with. Reasonable pricing compared to other quotes we received. They removed the entire tree quickly and cleaned up everything out of the yard. Highly recommend
Nova was on top of it every step of the way. Professional, great communication, good price and quick resolve. We had need for a large tree limb removal that landed on the edge of the roof and they were very careful to remove it and not to create any further damage! Plus tree trimming other limbs while they were here!
Brad was a great communicator, responsive, and professional. He took care of a tree for us within hours of reaching out and offered a reasonable price point. I plan to use him for any future tree removal needs.
Nova Tree Care did an excellent job removing four trees and pruning 6 other trees in my backyard last week. During the walk-through for our estimate, Brad offered suggestions of what trees to keep and prune, and which ones to remove and why. The day of the tree removal and pruning, they were very efficient in…
Excellent work removing a large birch tree that had fallen on our house. Very careful not to further damage the house or landscaping. Clean up was excellent. Highly recommended.
Great communication. Cleaned up well after the work; courteous and professional in how they operate. No pushy tactics or attempts to take on more work than necessary. Pricing in line with what I'd expect. Definitely keeping this number in the address book for future work.
We are absolutely thrilled with the work Brad and Nova Tree Care did on 3 of our backyard trees. Probably the best experience, and price, we’ve had to date with any kind of work done in and around our property. The initial estimate was made within days of my initial inquiry and we got lucky and on their schedule…
Exceptionally professional. They made sure to communicate clearly, showed up when they said they would, and worked quickly/efficently. The entire experience of working with Nova was stress free. Not only that but Bradford gave me advice on how to deal with the post cutting work I need to tackle (my trees were grown…
Brad and his team are excellent to work with, never looking to expand the scope of work to be done but also making very smart recommendations based on their years of experience. The additional attention to detail especially in cleanup was so impressive and unexpected. I've had other jobs done by other contractors…
Bradford and his crew were awesome. They did a great job, worked hard, and were very professional. They will be the crew that I call for any future work I need. I highly recommend them.
Nova Tree Care team came out quoted and were able to remove the tree all within a very swift and timely manner. The team was great in their care of the property and clean up. A very professional and kind crew. We will certainly use them again.
We had 3 companies come out to quote removing a 60 foot tree in our backyard that stretched over the house. Nova was tied for the best price but by far had the best customer service. During their estimate process Bradford walked us through how he and his team would take out the tree. We prefered that it be climbed…
Nova Tree Care and Bradford did an excellent job. Extremely professional and communication throughout the process was excellent as well. Removed a large pine tree, ground the stump and left the yard in great condition. I would definitely utilize Nova Tree Care for future projects.
Nova Tree Care removed an oak tree from our property that had begun to rot. Brad and his team were fantastic to work with. Brad is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He came out quickly to assess the tree and provided a fair quote. He provided excellent communication leading up to our appointment…
Brad was a real gentlemen and was able to remove a dead tree for me that was in a bad spot all in just a couple hours, clean up was done well and we even got fire wood stacked. Thank you to Brad and Nova Tree Care!
Bradford and his team removed two birch trees from my yard. They did and fantastic job in tree removal, stump grinding, and clean up. They even ground the stump of a tree that a Carmel company failed to do correctly. Several of my neighbors commented positively on the great clean up they did in the yard. The…
We had about 30 weed trees in the front and back yard that needed to be removed and one giant oak tree overhanging the house that needed to be trimmed back. NOVA Tree Care did a terrific job removing the weed trees, trimming back the oak tree and cleaning up all the debris. Brad is very knowledgeable and…
Very professional and thorough all around. From initial survey, to prep work and communication, and the actual tree service and clean up, great experience working with Bradford and his team at Nova. Will not hesitate to call them again if ever needed.
Nova Tree Care did an outstanding job with removing several large trees in our back yard that were not easy to bring down. Brad and his crew are highly skilled tree climbers who surgically brought down the trees piece by piece. Excellent communication from Brad made the experience smooth and stress free. I’d highly recommend Nova Tree Care.
