Very happy with the tree removal, and at a great price too. I’m so glad I got a second estimate from Nova Tree Care.
We had a great experience with Bradford and Nova Tree Care. Bradford was very knowledgeable, thorough, and honest throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain the condition of our trees and what work was actually necessary, rather than recommending services we didn’t need. He even came back out to…
We had a large, declining maple tree removed by Nova Tree Care, and we couldn’t be happier with the work! From the initial estimate to the completion of the job, everyone was extremely professional, friendly, and respectful of our property. The tree was very large and required a lot of careful work to remove. We…
These guys are absolute professionals. Beyond impressed by the quality of work and their care for my trees and property. Great communication from beginning to end. Highly recommend and will use again if needed! Thank you!
Nova Tree Care did an excellent job of taking down this tree, and removing the stump and huge roots. The team was professional and worked together quickly and efficiently. I wanted to relocate the hosta’s around the trunk of the tree, and they took extra care and time to dig out and preserve these plants. The area…
Great service from Josh, Ian, and Blake! Communicated great throughout the service process
Nova tree cut back several trees and removed a couple bushes. Great crew, great job, fair price. I would highly recommend if for your tree and bush service.
Nova Tree Care couldn’t have been better! They had great communication, were able to get me on their schedule quickly, had very reasonable pricing, and had my tree removals done fast and efficiently. Highly recommend!
Great experience with Nova Tree Care. I always research/shop around to find the best balance of cost and quality. Bradford brought with him an arborist's perspective that I had hoped to find while staying extremely reasonable in pricing. He was able to talk through some options with me and was open to some of my…
Nova was right on time with the scheduling. Their quote was one of the lowest but the quality of service was perfect. I had a pretty big, difficult, multi-trunked tree that leaned everywhere it shouldn't but they were able to deconstruct it without letting it fall on any of the numerous targets available! THANKS…
Great communication and timely, professional service. Thank you!
I recently had a tree cut down in my front yard. Nova Tree Care was very professional from start to finish. After I requested an estimate, it was sent to me. The price was very fair, and I was very happy with it. The tree crew worked together very well, and the yard and street were cleaned up very well after the…
Amazing Service! Even better pricing, for the work completed. Brad and his team, provided top-notch care and attention in removing a 50-ft dying tree. His team removed all smaller limbs. and neatly placed larger pieces along fence line. They also ground up the stump, and neatly placed the shavings at the base of…
Great job reasonably priced very professional workers know what they were doing and cleaned up all debris from yard and in alleyway behind the house thanks for a great job and I did recommend you to a couple of my neighbors they needed some trees removed too I hope they have the great experience like I did with you guys 🙏🏾
Excellent company to work with. Reasonable pricing compared to other quotes we received. They removed the entire tree quickly and cleaned up everything out of the yard. Highly recommend
I got 4 quotes to remove a 30 foot plus pine tree and grind stump. Nova tree care was the second lowest in price, the most responsive and did an incredible, professional job. They were on time, they did not damage in the other part of my house or yard when removing the tree and they cleaned up immediately following.…
Great communication. Cleaned up well after the work; courteous and professional in how they operate. No pushy tactics or attempts to take on more work than necessary. Pricing in line with what I'd expect. Definitely keeping this number in the address book for future work.
Brad and his team are excellent to work with, never looking to expand the scope of work to be done but also making very smart recommendations based on their years of experience. The additional attention to detail especially in cleanup was so impressive and unexpected. I've had other jobs done by other contractors…
Bradford and his crew were awesome. They did a great job, worked hard, and were very professional. They will be the crew that I call for any future work I need. I highly recommend them.
We had 3 companies come out to quote removing a 60 foot tree in our backyard that stretched over the house. Nova was tied for the best price but by far had the best customer service. During their estimate process Bradford walked us through how he and his team would take out the tree. We prefered that it be climbed…
Nova Tree Care and Bradford did an excellent job. Extremely professional and communication throughout the process was excellent as well. Removed a large pine tree, ground the stump and left the yard in great condition. I would definitely utilize Nova Tree Care for future projects.
Nova Tree Care removed an oak tree from our property that had begun to rot. Brad and his team were fantastic to work with. Brad is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He came out quickly to assess the tree and provided a fair quote. He provided excellent communication leading up to our appointment…
Bradford and his team removed two birch trees from my yard. They did and fantastic job in tree removal, stump grinding, and clean up. They even ground the stump of a tree that a Carmel company failed to do correctly. Several of my neighbors commented positively on the great clean up they did in the yard. The…
Very professional and thorough all around. From initial survey, to prep work and communication, and the actual tree service and clean up, great experience working with Bradford and his team at Nova. Will not hesitate to call them again if ever needed.
Nova Tree Care did an outstanding job with our project! From the initial consultation, through the tree trimming, tree removal, and stump grinding, it was clear that they wanted to do what was best for us as well as what would be best for our trees! We asked several companies that we saw work often within our…
We were so happy with the work provided by Nova Tree Care! We wanted to get a few trees taken down to open up the back yard for our kids to play. Shortly after reaching out about the initial estimate, Bradford came to the house and was incredibly kind and professional as he walked the yard explaining which trees…
I was so pleased with the work they did today trimming two larger mature trees. They were trying to please two clients and they went above and beyond to ensure that everyone was happy. It looks great and cleaned the roof and yard better than they found it. Earlier in the year we had a very tall pine tree from our…
Did a great job removing a tree and trimming another. Clean up was impeccable. Owner is very responsive and completed my job really quickly. Very reasonably priced, also.
Bradford and his team did a fantastic job removing my *cough* Bradford Pear tree that had already lost two large limbs this year. He was was very communicative and quick to respond. You can tell they take pride in their work with the care they took with the tree and the clean up. I would definitely recommend Nova.
Bradford with Nova Tree Care was absolutely outstanding. He was incredibly timely in coming out to quote our project and extremely knowledgeable—he even took the time to explain all the different trees on our property. We had two massive 70+ ft eastern white pines right in front of our house that constantly dropped…
Brad and his crew came out on short notice to trim and clean up a number of trees for us. He took the time to understand our goals and educate us on how he could accomplish the work that needed to be done while keeping the overall health of the trees in mind. The professionalism and end result exceeded our…
Brad was very organized and efficient. Most importantly, he was careful. He was careful and skillful up in the tree while managing and keeping his ground crew safe. Brad and his team were a pleasure to watch. They exceeded my expectations. Thanks Brad..
Brad (owner) and his assistant did a GREAT job removing a tree, pruning large limbs from over our roof, pruning other dead limbs from our trees, and grinding 3 tree stumps. They were extremely careful working around our property to prevent any damage. Great cleanup. Couldn’t tell they were here. Price was very…
