Good communication, prompt, finished in a reasonable amount of time.
We used Nova Tree Care to trim a tree with significant dead branches. They took care to preserve the health of the tree. Would recommend and use again.
Nova’s quoting and work completion was professional and friendly. The same person quoted the work and was on site to complete the work which makes for great continuity. They left the site clean following their work. I would recommend them.
Top-notch. Excellent communication, which is something I find extremely important. Would hire again!
If only all my home projects went this well. I had two large trees trimmed and smaller trees/brush cleared from my fence line. The quote process was very thorough and the owner spent a lot of time answering my questions and explaining the work. He was also my primary contact and exceptionally responsive. The team…
Good communication and provided helpful advice on what was actually needed as far as tree removal and branch trimming which lowered the overall cost. Quick and efficient service the day of and good cleanup. Would recommend!
We had a great experience with Bradford and Nova Tree Care. Bradford was very knowledgeable, thorough, and honest throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain the condition of our trees and what work was actually necessary, rather than recommending services we didn’t need. He even came back out to…
These guys are PHENOMENAL at what they do. Bradford came out and gave an honest assessment of the project. Recommended only what needed to be done. Josh and Blake made the work look easy. They left my property cleaner than when they arrived. Great experience from start to finish. 10/10 will be using them again in the future. Would recommend them to anyone.
Nova Tree Care came out to trim the branches off two large trees that were touching our house and power lines. Their promptness and professionalism was unmatched, but most importantly, they were so friendly and polite. They were incredibly safe and got the job done in their estimated time frame. All of the debris…
I received amazing service from Brad and his team at Nova Tree care. He came out for an estimate within days of my request, and was able to fit me in his schedule for the following day. His recommendations were trustworthy and the pricing was great. Highly recommend!
We had a large branch come down during a recent storm and needed someone to come remove it and assess the health of the tree. Originally, I called a local company and they said it would take three weeks to come. I found Nova instead. Brad came out the same day to assess the work and get us on the schedule within a…
Did an amazing job, couldn’t be happier. Super quick and minimized the impact. Responded right away after the recent storms
I would highly recommend Nova Tree to anyone needing tree service. They are punctual, personable and fair!

Bradford and his crew did an excellent job in raising the canopies and trimming up all our property’s trees. They were informative, caring, and meticulous with the clean up of the area. They are a wonderful company and will certainly be doing more work for us again.
Nova Tree Care was easy to work with. They communicated well and were very professional on site. I will use them again.
Nova did a great job pruning the overgrown trees along our driveway. They immediately knew what we needed, provided us with a very cost-efficient solution, and generally gave great advice! They were also very helpful during scheduling and worked around the operation hours of our business
Amazing and well thought out service! My 100 year old+ trees needed it especially with storms rolling in the area. Communication was consistent through the whole process! I highly recommend!
Had the Nova team trim some of our large trees and do some decorative trimming of our Japanese maples earlier this season and had a great experience. Communication was clear, price was fair and the team took the time to make sure I was happy with the results. Would definitely work with them again!
Great service from Josh, Ian, and Blake! Communicated great throughout the service process
Had work done due to storm damaging tree. Fair pricing and good communication via text, workers were respectful and made sure to clean up worksite.

Brad and Josh did a great job cabling and bracing our two Bradford Pear trees and trimming our Willow tree. Josh had such attention to detail with not only the trimming but also the clean-up. Would highly recommend. Thank you very much, Josh and Brad.
Great experience with Nova Tree Care. I always research/shop around to find the best balance of cost and quality. Bradford brought with him an arborist's perspective that I had hoped to find while staying extremely reasonable in pricing. He was able to talk through some options with me and was open to some of my…
We had a great experience with this tree service. They were fast, efficient, did an excellent job, and cleaned everything up before they left. The crew was also surprisingly quiet and professional, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free.
Brad went over the work to be done, explaining why some branches should be removed and others that did not need to be trimmed. He kept us informed and cleaned up the debris and even picked up a dead branch pile I had made. We are very happy with the job and his team.
I had an incredible experience with Nova Tree Care. A few weeks ago, I had a branch fall near my roof. We were approaching severe weather, and I was afraid the large branch would become worse and fall on my roof. Within the next day, Bradford came to my home and kindly removed the branch. I appreciated his…
They did a great job trimming down the dead branches off a few of our trees, along with pruning some other at risk branches. Also had to work around an internet wire directly under one of the taller trees and they had no problems with that. Reasonably priced and good communication.
Great service, really thoughtful leadership and careful team. They even protected the garden plants under the tree!
Love & recommend Brad & Nova Tree Care. We found them after our initial tree guy did not follow up with us. Our neighbor's dead tree branch was hanging over our yard & it was a safety issue. My husband, John R. made appointment with Brad who was able to come over within a couple days & give an estimate. We were…
Working with Brad at Nova Tree Care was an amazing experience. I submitted a contact form on their website and within an hour he contacted me and set up an appointment for a consult. During the appointment he was very helpful in explaining what our trees needed and what he could do to help. Within 24 hours of the…
Nova Tree Service was so communicative, friendly, prompt when handling our tree! They handled the job in a way that was beneficial to us and the life of our tree. Will definitely be going through them again for future tree services.
Great job reasonably priced very professional workers know what they were doing and cleaned up all debris from yard and in alleyway behind the house thanks for a great job and I did recommend you to a couple of my neighbors they needed some trees removed too I hope they have the great experience like I did with you guys 🙏🏾
Brad is very responsive and communicative throughout the whole process. On the day of service, he did a wonderful job tree trimming and tree cabling my American Ash tree. It has a crack in the truck where it is separating. Now my tree is much happier and has a new lease on life! He made sure to leave a clean work site when done.
A truly great company to work with, everything was first class. Showed up on time, performed the work masterly, and dealt with neighbors to make the politics of overhanging trees disappear. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Nova was on top of it every step of the way. Professional, great communication, good price and quick resolve. We had need for a large tree limb removal that landed on the edge of the roof and they were very careful to remove it and not to create any further damage! Plus tree trimming other limbs while they were here!
Fantastic experience with Nova Tree care and would highly recommend them to others! Bradford was able to come out within a few days for the initial estimate and get me on the schedule 3 weeks later to trim a mulberry tree. Communication was clear throughout the whole process and overall a very efficient and thorough job.
Nova Tree Care did an excellent job removing four trees and pruning 6 other trees in my backyard last week. During the walk-through for our estimate, Brad offered suggestions of what trees to keep and prune, and which ones to remove and why. The day of the tree removal and pruning, they were very efficient in…
Great communication. Cleaned up well after the work; courteous and professional in how they operate. No pushy tactics or attempts to take on more work than necessary. Pricing in line with what I'd expect. Definitely keeping this number in the address book for future work.
We are absolutely thrilled with the work Brad and Nova Tree Care did on 3 of our backyard trees. Probably the best experience, and price, we’ve had to date with any kind of work done in and around our property. The initial estimate was made within days of my initial inquiry and we got lucky and on their schedule…
Exceptionally professional. They made sure to communicate clearly, showed up when they said they would, and worked quickly/efficently. The entire experience of working with Nova was stress free. Not only that but Bradford gave me advice on how to deal with the post cutting work I need to tackle (my trees were grown…
Bradford was great! He was very up front about what would make the most sense for my yard. I found him to be reasonable priced and his communication was great!
Brad and his team are excellent to work with, never looking to expand the scope of work to be done but also making very smart recommendations based on their years of experience. The additional attention to detail especially in cleanup was so impressive and unexpected. I've had other jobs done by other contractors…
Great work at a reasonable price. Very trustworthy business.
We have used Nova care twice. Once was last year in October to trim a sycamore tree that had been damaged by a storm. Service was prompt, excellent and efficient. They went above and beyond to not only take care of the tree itself, but to clean up the work and they provided excellent service. We recently had to call…
Bradford gave an estimate of service and delivered on that. Provided videos of work as it was being completed. We had an awesome experience and will be sending referrals.
This was our first time using Nova Tree Care to trim some trees that were hanging over power lines in the Broad Ripple area. They were quick to respond, polite, and very willing to answer all my questions, and even corrected some misinformation that a previous arborist had provided. The tree trimming itself was…
Bradford and his crew were awesome. They did a great job, worked hard, and were very professional. They will be the crew that I call for any future work I need. I highly recommend them.

They were very professional and knowledgeable. Cleaned up the yard very nice once my tree trimming was completed.
I had some issues with Xfinity not dropping my line for my tree trimming, and Nova Tree Care has been incredibly patient throughout the process! They took such care in getting as much of the job done as possible anyways without compromising safety. Mr. Brad is incredibly kind and cares a lot about the work he does.…
Bradford and crew did a great job. His trimming was selective not a hatchet job. I highly recommend them. I will keep his phone number for future work. Thanks Bradford!
Our historic neighborhood hired Nova to do crown cleaning of many of our mature canopy trees last fall, and we were very happy with his work. Bradford is a very skilled arborist, easy to work with, and efficient. We had multiple neighbors comment on the quality of his work and his courteousness as they passed by. We…
We had about 30 weed trees in the front and back yard that needed to be removed and one giant oak tree overhanging the house that needed to be trimmed back. NOVA Tree Care did a terrific job removing the weed trees, trimming back the oak tree and cleaning up all the debris. Brad is very knowledgeable and…
Nova Tree Care did an outstanding job with our project! From the initial consultation, through the tree trimming, tree removal, and stump grinding, it was clear that they wanted to do what was best for us as well as what would be best for our trees! We asked several companies that we saw work often within our…
I had a great experience with Nova Tree Care. Brad and his team are certified arborists and know exactly what they are doing. I had a large silver maple in my back yard that needed tree trimming and they did an amazing job. Highly recommend!
