Excellent service, quality work and products used resulted in an amazingly clean carpet given its age (23yrs). Alex was extremely personable and explained in detail the entire process, highly recommend Nu-Trend
The service guy was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient, and the rug came out great
Another top notch job by Victor! The carpet looks and smells fantastic.
Great communication, prompt service and did a great job!
The service tech texted me when he was on his way. He finished the job on time. He was polite.
Victor at NuTrend was wonderful, very friendly and knowledgeable. My area rugs came out great!!
I'm 100% pleased with services today! Victor is a kind and efficient professional. The high quality job was greatly appreciated - an excellent value. Thank you!
Organized and great communication. Our carpets look amazing and Alex & Victor are always very friendly. We have used their services several times and will continue to book with them.
Upholstery did not improve and appeared more spotted with cleaning; however, the technician remarked it might not clean well before he cleaned. Previous cleaning of the same item by same company was great.
This is the 3rd or 4th time I've used NuTrend. I would not use anyone else, as they offer excellent quality work at a reasonable price and I trust them completely. (They cleaned our carpets while we were out of town.)
Victor was WONDERFUL. Our carpets and floors look great!
Victor did a fantastic job for us! On time, professional, flexible with change of plans. Area rug that hadn’t been cleaned in 40 years now looks beautiful and vibrant! Victor also pressure washed our 40” veranda. We couldn’t be happier with very fair prices.
Very friendly and professional!
Alex and his partner showed up promptly and we’re communicative even before arriving. They did a great job cleaning a white area rug for us it looks brand new!
I asked them to clean my upstairs carpert and my downstairs rug and it took then around 2 hrs to complete it. They where very professional and kind. The price is also very reasonable.

Alex made the process easy from start to finish. He and Victor arrived promptly (actually a little early!) and were a very efficient, effective team. They did a great job; the carpet looks fantastic. I appreciated the ease of scheduling and the timely reminders from Alex. He even noticed during the cleaning session…
Alex and Victor did a fantastic and timely job! This was my second time having NuTrend come out to clean and I could not be happier with the results. NuTrend is the only company I trust with my rugs, floors and furniture! You won’t be disappointed with hiring them!
Nu-Trend did an excellent job cleaning our carepts and removing stains after our dog had a stomach flu. You can't even tell where the accidents happened or smell it anymore. They also check with you if you want different smells for the deodorizer or a neutral smelling deodorizer. Great customer service, showed up on…
Alex was wonderful! Friendly, Professional and fast! Very pleased with the job he did. I will definitely use this company again and recommend to anyone looking for carpet cleaning services.
Alex was great to work with. He called and asked if he could come an hour sooner than the appointment! Very professional and efficient. One caveat I will mention is that I was expecting a truck with an on board system, similar to Stanley Steamer. Alex used all portable equipment, but the finished result is…
Great job on cleaning my area rug and chair! I swear they look brand new and I have two dogs that track in a lot of dirt and mud!! I originally had Alex (NuTrend Clean) come to clean my Chair, however, at the last minute added my area rug also and he was super accommodating to my last minute request. He was on…

Alex did an awesome job on our area rug and carpets. The responsiveness prior to the appointment and overall customer service was appreciated as well!! Thank you NuTrend! Will definitely use them in the future.
Alex was both professional and timely.
The experience was great, timely and professional..
After our move we had two area rugs that were in need of cleaning. One of them was in pretty rough shape, odor-wise, the other was abused by a toddler. Nicole was quick and responsive and my rugs were clean in two days.
They were very nice, did a great job and were highly professional. We will use them again in the future.
Very pleasant workers
We had a perfect experience with Nu-trend Clean. They were extremely friendly and made booking so easy and quick, sent email and text updates to confirm and arrived the day of the service on time and very professional. We are so pleased with the way our carpets look, feel and smell. We also felt that the price was…
Nu-Trend cleaners arrived a few minutes "BEFORE" scheduled time. They were extremely professional and courteous. The answered the few questions I had and immediately got to work. The results were AMAZING!!! We had some serious stains and they are gone!!! All the carpets look clean and new. When they left you didn't…

Excellent service. Prompt, friendly, conscientious and knowledgeable. Would definitely use this service again. Great guys and reliable company.
Wonderful customer service!
They were a joy to work with. They communicated arrival times extremely well. They were very responsive to emails and questions, were very friendly, and professional. They cleaned 3 full floors of our church, including carpet, laminated floors, upholstery on the chairs, pews, and nursery rocking chairs. Would highly recommend them.
Easy to book, showed up on time, very courteous young men. Jobs performed well. I would happily recommend them.
Your team (2 ) did a wonderful job. I'm very happy. They also very nice and kind. Your company is great. Thank you very much.
