Amazing!!!! Our carpets look brand new! Super happy with the results. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats so after about 1 year of just vacuuming things started to get a little dirty needing more than just a vacuum. We are so happy with the carpet and how new it looks and how amazing it smells!! Thanks Victor for the awesome work!!!
Great work and also really accommodating.
Precise, excellent scheduling and service. Thanks to Victor my home is ready for the winter .
Victor was awesome! I was able to book an appointment the same week, and he was able to do everything I requested. He was also very prompt and friendly, yet professional. I would book with him again.
Excellent problem solving on a bad coffee stain plus I got an appointment very quickly and great attitude of the technician.
New to Washington, we needed a carpet cleaner for our new home. We selected Nu-Trend for this task. Cleaning a 7 year old carpet that was never cleaned concerned us. Nu-Trend came through and did a great job!
Phenomenal job done on the most impossible stains and pet odor! Highly recommend
Excellent service
Victor did great job and was very professional, and flexible with the time and date. I highly recommend this company!
Victor was great. The other company I had scheduled canceled last minute and Victor worked with me to get the job done. My carpets look great. I would definitely hire him again.
I was able to get an appointment super last minute which was greatly appreciated, and the carpets looked great! He was able to get out stains that had been there before I even moved in. The price was very reasonable for an entire house cleaning, Victor was very prompt & communicative, and the whole thing took maybe…
Excellent service, quality work and products used resulted in an amazingly clean carpet given its age (23yrs). Alex was extremely personable and explained in detail the entire process, highly recommend Nu-Trend
Victor is once again a hero in our book. First time he came he got out a HUGE punch stain, no other cleaning company could. This time he came over for a rescue mission and got out 3 oil stains outside the kitchen and numerous blood stains from an accident. Rates 10 stars in our opinion.
Victor is amazing! I highly recommend him and his work. He’s thoughtful, hardworking and made our carpets look beautiful! Quick to get back to you and very accommodating. We are very grateful and satisfied with the work he did and will continue to use his services in the future!

I was in a bind to get me carpet cleaned in 4 days. Called one place got a next day but later that night they canceled because their truck broke down. 4 other places put me off for 2 or 4 weeks. NuTrend came after hours, 7:45 PM the night I called them and did the job. Me, my wife and visiting granddaughter are saved.
Got carpet cleaning in two rooms. The work was well done, the carpet looks great. I was impressed by the owners courtesy and by the job he had done

I called NuTrend on a Monday morning because my carpet was a mess after taking care of sick pet on the weekend. The owner was here in about an hour and did a amazing job. I can not thank him enough... I definitely recommend this company .
Beautiful job! Highly recommend!
We had an excellent experience working with Victor from NuTrend on a move-out carpet cleaning for a rental in Langley, WA. He was prompt and responsive, and his price was lower than the other estimates I received. His company is based in Lake Stevens, but he does serve South Whidbey Island. Victor was friendly and…
My carpet looks great He was professional quick only reason for the 4 start & not five he was running about an hour and half late. He did call to let me know.
Local business. The best quality and service there is. Way better that the "big" name company. Wouldn't use anyone else. They cleaned our carpet and hardwood and upholstery. There is no ome better!
On Time great Love their service
Quality work and customer service. Even got stains out that I didn’t think were possible to remove. Definitely recommend Victor with Nu-Trend
Another top notch job by Victor! The carpet looks and smells fantastic.
Another great job by NuTrend! Victor is so professional and prompt. We recently adopted a dog from AZ and she unfortunately had a couple of accidents. Victor was able to fit me quickly and my carpets are like brand new. He got every spot off of our stairs despite the last year of teenage boys going up and down them…
Great communication, prompt service and did a great job!
On time . Great work!
Great work on our carpet after a pet incident, super quick to respond also. I really appreciated the intro call and the explanation of the work to be done and the transparency about cost and time. No surprises on the day, great work, all I was looking for! Will definitely reach out again when needed
Excellent service. Next day response.
Victor cleaned the carpets in our Condo common areas, as well as three individual homes. He worked quickly and professionally, explained the drying process and timing. And when to replace furniture. We will use him again.
Excellent customer service, responsive and very professional. They did a fantastic job on our floors (carpet, hardwood, and laminate) and the price was very competitive. They worked a tight turnaround for us too! Definitely recommend.
Victor was friendly, fast and did a wonderful job! Thank you
It was an emergency and they came in clutch, did a great job and I paid a fair amount
Nu-Trend is an excellent choice for carpet cleaning! We've used them since 2016! Wow...that's a long time! Still very happy nearly 10 years later!!
