Amazing!!!! Our carpets look brand new! Super happy with the results. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats so after about 1 year of just vacuuming things started to get a little dirty needing more than just a vacuum. We are so happy with the carpet and how new it looks and how amazing it smells!! Thanks Victor for the awesome work!!!
Great work and also really accommodating.
Precise, excellent scheduling and service. Thanks to Victor my home is ready for the winter .
Victor was awesome! I was able to book an appointment the same week, and he was able to do everything I requested. He was also very prompt and friendly, yet professional. I would book with him again.
Excellent problem solving on a bad coffee stain plus I got an appointment very quickly and great attitude of the technician.
New to Washington, we needed a carpet cleaner for our new home. We selected Nu-Trend for this task. Cleaning a 7 year old carpet that was never cleaned concerned us. Nu-Trend came through and did a great job!

Victor was great. The other company I had scheduled canceled last minute and Victor worked with me to get the job done. My carpets look great. I would definitely hire him again.
I was able to get an appointment super last minute which was greatly appreciated, and the carpets looked great! He was able to get out stains that had been there before I even moved in. Excellent service, quality work and products used resulted in an amazingly clean carpet given its age (23yrs). Alex was extremely personable and explained in detail the entire process, highly recommend Nu-Trend
Victor is once again a hero in our book. First time he came he got out a HUGE punch stain, no other cleaning company could. This time he came over for a rescue mission and got out 3 oil stains outside the kitchen and numerous blood stains from an accident. Rates 10 stars in our opinion.
Victor is amazing! I highly recommend him and his work. He’s thoughtful, hardworking and made our carpets look beautiful! Quick to get back to you and very accommodating. We are very grateful and satisfied with the work he did and will continue to use his services in the future!

I was in a bind to get me carpet cleaned in 4 days. Called one place got a next day but later that night they canceled because their truck broke down. 4 other places put me off for 2 or 4 weeks. NuTrend came after hours, 7:45 PM the night I called them and did the job. Me, my wife and visiting granddaughter are saved.
