Amazing!!!! Our carpets look brand new! Super happy with the results. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats so after about 1 year of just vacuuming things started to get a little dirty needing more than just a vacuum. We are so happy with the carpet and how new it looks and how amazing it smells!! Thanks Victor for the awesome work!!!
Precise, excellent scheduling and service. Thanks to Victor my home is ready for the winter .
Victor was awesome! I was able to book an appointment the same week, and he was able to do everything I requested. He was also very prompt and friendly, yet professional. I would book with him again.
Amazing work. Very professional and cleaned my condo thoroughly. I will recommend this company to my friends and family.
Professional and complete. I appreciate Victor's flexibility with my schedule. I'm hoping the cat odor has been removed, upholstery is hard to clean. Very thorough technique that I could not do myself. Thank you.
Great service
Another great job by NuTrend! Victor is so professional and prompt. We recently adopted a dog from AZ and she unfortunately had a couple of accidents. Victor was able to fit me quickly and my carpets are like brand new. He got every spot off of our stairs despite the last year of teenage boys going up and down them…
Great communication, prompt service and did a great job!
Victor at NuTrend was wonderful, very friendly and knowledgeable. My area rugs came out great!!
Quick and wonderful service! Very nice and personable.
Fantastic Service
Victor was great! Super friendly and respectful. We bought our home and quickly realized the previous owners dogs peed on the carpets… victor came out quick and didn’t take nearly as long as we expected it to. Our floors smell so much better already.
Our carpets looked great after cleaning. Reviewed everything beforehand so knew how much it would cost. Victor was kind and professional. Would recommend and use again!
Organized and great communication. Our carpets look amazing and Alex & Victor are always very friendly. We have used their services several times and will continue to book with them.
Victor did an excellent job with our carpets!

Alex was extremely helpful and friendly. 10/10 would recommend
Victor did a great job, was very friendly and he removed stains I didn’t think were going to come out! Definitely recommend.
Simply the best!
The guys were great and they were quick and they called me to let me know they were here. However I let it sit over the weekend like they suggested and I’m sorry to say the areas that they clean still smells like pet urine
Victor was on time and extremely helpful, accomodating and professional. I can’t sing enough praises about the service they provided. Just hire them. Highly recommend.
My carpets were in serious need of a thorough cleaning -- they got that! Spots that I didn't think could be removed were cleaned completely. Victor was responsive, timely, and did an excellent job. I highly recommend NuTrend and will use them in the future.
On time, professional and thorough.
I booked a carpet cleaning service with Alex and he showed up promptly, got right to work, seemed incredibly professional, and was SO quick! He did an amazing job. My carpets looked better than I’ve ever seen them and my house smelled so much better! I was absolutely thrilled. The total cost was even under what he…
Fantastic service! Our carpets look fantastic and like new again! Great rates and professional service.
Our dog peed several times in our spare room and the odor was horrible even after we cleaned the carpet 3 times. They came in and cleaned it and it smells a lot better! I think it’ll need to be cleaned one more time but they explained all this to me ahead of time! I’d recommend to anyone!
Fast, quick drying, eliminated pet smells and urine stains, and left the carpet in beautiful condition. I highly recommend!!
These guys were amazing. My carpet looks wonderful and smells divine. Thank you so much. I highly recommend this company.
Alex was very professional and friendly. He did a great job cleaning my carpets and was very timely and explained what was done. I will be using Nu Trend again and will refer my friends and colleagues.
Nu-Trend did an excellent job cleaning our carepts and removing stains after our dog had a stomach flu. You can't even tell where the accidents happened or smell it anymore. They also check with you if you want different smells for the deodorizer or a neutral smelling deodorizer. Great customer service, showed up on…
Amazing customer service! Got our whole carpets cleaned a few months ago and removed all stains and looked brand new again! Recently had a large coffee stain in a couple areas and was able to come over in a very short notice and get mostly all the stain out! 10/10 recommend!
Had our carpets cleaned before listing our house for sale. Alex came out and did an amazing job. Was able to remove dog hair and stains. Absoleutly recommend.
Alex was amazing! Very professional! Apologetic for the traffic which I know he cannot control but I really appreciated his communication with an updated ETA!! Very nice, efficient and quality work! Will hire them again in the spring!
Alex was great to work with. He called and asked if he could come an hour sooner than the appointment! Very professional and efficient. One caveat I will mention is that I was expecting a truck with an on board system, similar to Stanley Steamer. Alex used all portable equipment, but the finished result is…
I am overly satisfied with the services I received from NuTrend. He vacuumed prior in every room, and in one room I had to leave some furniture. I was going to push it when he had one side finished and he just went right ahead and did it so quick and quiet I didn’t even realize. I was so thankful and he had no…
Excellent customer service!
Alex did an awesome job on our area rug and carpets. The responsiveness prior to the appointment and overall customer service was appreciated as well!! Thank you NuTrend! Will definitely use them in the future.
Alex was great - expertly diagnosed high traffic area and treated rugs acorrdingly. Respectful of wood walkways and meticulous. Treated for fleas and no odors! Thank you! Would highly recommend and refer to all my friends. Mrs. Julie B.
Alex was both professional and timely.
Great service.
After our move we had two area rugs that were in need of cleaning. One of them was in pretty rough shape, odor-wise, the other was abused by a toddler. Nicole was quick and responsive and my rugs were clean in two days.

We had a perfect experience with Nu-trend Clean. They were extremely friendly and made booking so easy and quick, sent email and text updates to confirm and arrived the day of the service on time and very professional. We are so pleased with the way our carpets look, feel and smell. We also felt that the price was…
Nu-Trend cleaners arrived a few minutes "BEFORE" scheduled time. They were extremely professional and courteous. The answered the few questions I had and immediately got to work. The results were AMAZING!!! We had some serious stains and they are gone!!! All the carpets look clean and new. When they left you didn't…
The individual that cleaned our upholstery was very courteous , polite and very professional. We would highly recommend Nu-Trend Clean.
Carpets came out clean and smelling fresh.
Brett and Aidan did an excellent job. I had several terrible stains that I thought were permanent and they looked awful. I thought I was going to have to have some portions of the carpet replaced but they were able to get all the stains out making it look new again. I highly recommend Nu-Trend for your carpet cleaning needs!!!
Excellent service, will use again!
Wonderful customer service!
I’d say it was an ok experience. They themselves were wonderfully kind and quiet..I wanted couches that had dogs on them previously to be de-furred for us. Knowing full well that they can’t possibly get it all..I was slightly disappointed with the end result though. One couch looks pretty good so far, but the other…
Caleb and, I believe his name was, Aden where very professional and polite. The cleaning process is Next Gen and we where VERY happy with the results. We will be using Nu-Trend again
Fast, efficient and effective! Now that our puppy is no longer having accidents we wanted to have our upstairs carpet cleaned to remove some pet stains. The guys showed up on time (even a little early, which was great). I showed them the space, they measured, gave me a quote prior to starting and got to work. I'm…
I have never been more pleased with a carpet service than I am today. These techs were personable, friendly and very professional. I would recommend them in a second. My carpet looks like new!!! Thank you NuTrend!!!!!!!
