Review from Google · view on GoogleI will say that my haircut turned out beautiful and my hairstylist absolutely did listen and figured out exactly what I asked. However, I don't care how much experience you have. If all I come in for is a haircut, no styling... a woman's haircut should NOT cost $75 even if it IS with washing. I didn't have long hair to begin with, it wasn't even medium length before she cut it. I will mention I did wash my hair but unfortunately conditioned before coming in and so the stylist insisted that it needed to be washed again to completely remove all conditioner and product. However, I did have a budget for what I could afford and wasn't informed at all about any additional costs for washing. My hair was already rather short and while I did have a specific cut in mind, not much of my hair was taken and it only took about 20 minutes total with washing my hair included in that time. I do feel ripped off considering what I asked for was just a simple haircut and also mentioned how much I could afford. I do appreciate the way it turned out and the stylist does have very good skills. I do personally think that everyone should have the opportunity to get a good haircut from an experienced hair stylist/barber without having to be middle class or upper class. 75 dollars is very steep for what I asked for and did get. Lastly, the stylist was rather nice but I did feel that she was more motivated by getting paid rather than helping me achieve the haircut, and the overall customer experience that not only I deserve but everyone deserves. No, she wasn't rude, but she did seem to be trying to make me feel comfortable for the wrong reasons. I understand this is a living for people in this industry. BUT don't be in this industry if you don't care more about helping people more than you like helping your pockets. I paid for one haircut, when that could've paid for two and I was taken advantage of in that manner. If you go here, just be prepared to pay a lot unexpectedly because they won't tell you how much they really want to charge until it's too late. My goal isn't to name names or drag anyone , but rather to express my disappointment in lack of communication, understanding and empathy I received from my stylist in hopes that they may be more considerate of future clients. Normally a haircut just like what I got, even with shampoo and conditioner should be NO MORE than $50 but more like $40 would be very fair because then there's still room for a tip. Yes, go ahead and charge whatever you decide your price should be, you're entitled to do that being a stylist but please do so honestly and don't trick people into spending more than they are comfortable. Be upfront with your prices or don't charge that much.

We do not charge $75 for ANY haircut & can not find ANY transaction for this haircut amount. In reviewing our information technology, we can not locate you having a quicker haircut with your time frame or a $75 haircut. Our haircuts also INCLUDE the shampoo & conditioning as we want you to have the best experience. We want to fully service everyone. All of our stylists have compassion and want nothing but the best for each and every client. Please call me at 952-442-1777, I would love to discuss this with you further and we can discuss the budget of the business, I'm always open for ideas... the business taxes are just crazy high.
