Very friendly and efficient crew. Good experience. Will be back.
These guys are always friendly, and knowledgeable!
Staff is incredible, very communicative and helpful. I had clips missing under my hood, they noticed and asked if I wanted them added - completely complimentary. 10/10 would recommend!
I waited a long time before a gentleman came out and told me that the car in the pit had complications and would be 15 more minutes. The pit next to me opened up and a truck pulled in and got served immediately. I left and came back the next day, first thing in the morning and only had a short wait.
Great service as usual.
Walked in, was greeted kindly, told exactly what to do, and was in and out within approximately 30 minutes. Staff was very kind and got the job done really quickly. Every time I have come in, I have had the same experience. Priced fairly.
The oil changers employees were knowledgeable and professional. Their service was quick and easy.
W worker
Staff here are always courteous and helpful.
Amazing experience then in there working super friendly and very fast
They were fast, convenient, and cost effective. They exceeded my preliminary expectations.
Love this place. Everyone is professional, friendly. I’m not happy that I no longer get a free car wash with my oil change. I have been coming to this location for over 20 years. First time I didn’t get a free car wash.
Very nice people! Great and quick service!
Good spot for an oil change, Julian will fix ya right up!
Great service. Michael was very professional.
I came here one time a few months back because they were the only place in town to get an oil change on the weekend, and I just don't have time during the week. I drive hundreds of miles daily and need frequent oil changes. I have now, been back a few more times. Every time I come in, I have a great experience from…
Great experience! The staff was awesome as always, and very helpful
Always a pleasure,quick and efficient 😊
My favorite place to go to get my oil changed. These guys are the absolute best 👌 👍
Great job very professional
Was very unhappy will be calling to talk to the manager not the assistant manager
Exceptional service from Jaylene, will be coming back.
Staff was very friendly!
Not only changed our but identified and fixed a loose bolt problem — with no extra charge! Went above and beyond.
This oil change experience was top tier! Courteous, quick, attentive and informative. They have definitely gained my future business! Highly recommended.
We waited more than an hour to get our vehicle in. Then it took them over an half hour to service it. People were standing around doing nothing and on their phone. The guy that was under the vehicle stopped to go get lunch that someone brought him. I was very frustrated with my service. I will not return to this business
Friendly staff but absolutely not very knowledgeable at all the lady that performed my oil change needed help to get my oil cap off of my vehicle then spilled oil all over my exhaust manifold when filling my engine with oil I was quoted one price then they tried to charge me over $130 when I was originally quoted $55
Excellent service at a great price!!!!
Great customer service, very professional.\n I'm just talking here.
Dakota and the staff were really friendly and helpful! Great car wash too! Thank you all, and I’ll see you next time!
Very Fast Service! I was in a hurry with two kids and the employees were awesome..zero issues and my 4-runner was so happiest!!!
Everything was fine, employees were polite and efficient! Thank you
Extremely slow. We had to wait 54 minutes to get our oil changes.
Fantastic and professional. Friendly knowledgeable staff
Oil Changers Chico is my default place to get all my cars’ oil changed. Their professionalism and knowledge about my cars are second to none. Darren at the Chico shop has a Challenger as well so he has all the specs for my Dodge vehicles. I would recommend Oil Changers to anyone.
Dakota was absolutely the most professional and courteous and was very informative with all the services they provided! Thank you and I will definitely be a return customer! Great Great job Dakota!!!
Service was great as always. It was a little slower than expected, but the work was thorough and well done. The only thing I’d like to see is the oil filter and the oil being used before installation so I can verify the parts being installed. Other than that, I’m very satisfied and will definitely be back.
The guys were super nice and professional. I could tell that they knew what they were doing
I like that entire staff. They are fun and professional and they care about getting the job done correctly. Dakota and Michael stood out as well as the guy in the pit aka employee of the month!
These guys are always super polite, helpful and knowledgeable. From my personal experience. They are also quick which is nice
Very helpful and knowledgeable. They don’t push or oversell. And offer sensible recommendations.
Everyone was fast and knowledgeable at their jobs.
Awesome ☺️😊
Great group of employees providing fast service. The only place I get an oil change!!
Oil changers is a very friendly welcoming biz in chico. Especially Logan.
My service guy Michael was very friendly and helpful.
This was my first visit to this establishment, and I couldn’t be more happy. The young lady who helped me was very sweet. She took her time to explain everything very well. What I liked the most was that you don’t have to exit your vehicle. Everything was quick and easy. If you’re looking for a simple and quick oil…
No matter how long the line was the crew kept upbeat and had great customer service
Lucas, Michael, and Julian did a fantastic job getting my 2010 Honda ready for a roadtrip. Great customer service! Lucas showed me how to replace my indoor filter too.
Super friendly knowledgeable employees. Will definitely return for next oil change!
Update: Just visited Oil Changers again for what I thought would be an oil change....Nope! Not according to Michael the service tech. He said you will need to go another 2,000+ miles; unless you want to pay $107 for an oil change, instead let's top it off and come back when you actually need a change. I said DANG…
Quick, straightforward, nice guys, decently priced (considering today’s inflation)
They were all nice and professional. Definitely recommend!
The owner must be proud of his employees, Logan, Michael and Darren. Superb customer service by all of them. They were short staffed and at the end of the day, I could tell they were tired. They managed to get us in right before closing when I’m sure they were ready to close shop and call it day. Great guys,…
Very kind and honest employees. Also did a very good job on the oil change.
Excellent service
Efficient, friendly, and professional. Will do all your fluids without issue. Only going here for oil changes from here on out. Logan, in particular, showed me his fantastic customer service skills
Luke is great, so are all the other guys working here. They got in me, gave me a bunch of information that was helpful, and did a quick and great job
Super helpful employees. Explained everything. Checked everything. **Addition from today's visit (6/11/26) technician told me he saw mice prints in the dust of my engine compartment and told me where to get repellent. They are😀ALWAYS helpful and kind. AND they don't treat me like I am a woman that doesn't know anything.
I am a terrible car owner because I hate having to get stuff done. I love this place!!!! It’s the only place I’ll go. I’ve done oil changes, transmission fluid flushes, coolant changes etc. The workers are always the best part. Super friendly, fast, honest and make the experience feel so smooth. Thank you guys for…
Very quick but thorough oil change. Great staff!
Usually the mechanic checks the air pressure in the tires and checks that the signal lights are working correctly. They did not do that this time. They weren’t that busy not to have time for these safety checks.
Great Service!
Thanks guys for the polite and friendly service. I really appreciate coming in between oil changes to get everything checked out and topped off for free!
Excellent customer service provided by BRITT. Oil change for vehicle went smooth with clear explanations from Julian. Great work.
The employees (Waylon & Logan) were very polite, straightforward and explained their every move on my car. The price was excellent for what was performed on my vehicle! I saved more than half the amount by not taking my vehicle into the Hyundai dealership per requested by the liars at Jiffy Lube. I’ll definitely be…
Only waited about five minutes to get in! The crew was friendly and efficient!
There always so very professional and educational!
Techs were fast friendly and helpful. Even brought to my attention an email coupon that I received and dint know about for free stuffs!!!!! Everyone loves free stuffs!!!! Thanks guys and gal!!
Appreciate Julian’s attention to detail today.
Prompt and polite. Absolutely nothing to complain about.
The staff was very professional, detail oriented and friendly. I highly recommend using their services for an oil change.
I have been having my oil changed here for maybe 20 years? Seems somewhat different, like a lot different. New management?

Fast, friendly and efficient. Always a solid job.
Great service. Brittaney was awesome and very helpful.
Dakota and hie crew made our experience very enjoyable. Very knowledgeable and efficient. We will definitely return and share our experience with others.
Joshua, Logan, and Luke went above and beyond to help with my GMC Sierra over a month ago. Took me awhile to get around to leaving a review, but they deserve some recognition for how helpful and professional they were. I highly recommend this business. 5 stars 🌟
Crew was friendly and I love the convenience of staying in the vehicle !
Amazing service nice fast efficient really good conversation good group of guys and gals Way to go, Brittany! All over it Thank you guys for your time energy and concerns
I had never been to them nor heard of them prior, however, my experience was very pleasant. I was fortunate to have multiple staff members be very cordial and informative while completing the oil change in a timely manner.
They’re so nice and friendly love them
Knowledgable, honest, and friendly. New to the area and exactly what I was searching for. No attempts to upsell. Reasonable prices and open on Sunday. Will absolutely return for future oil changes.
Dakota and Micheal have that place running better than any other location I’ve been too . Good people and good service
Friendly staff, kind and humorous environment. Judgement free zone with lots of Dominican essence.
Quick service! Fun interaction with staff. Conveniently located close to my work. Value of service worth the price!
Awesome people with fast and reliable service.
very friendly and helpful
Brittaney provided above and beyond service. Great experience always.
Brittany helped me out today. She was great and gave great conversation and information while she did her service. Great service will come again.
Great visit this time, they were awesome even with the pain in the butt cabin filter! Thanks guys

Staff was super friendly and did a great/fast job.
Friendly and inviting! Anyone who's been to a shop that doesn't have these qualities knows why it's such a huge detail. These guys here were quick, convenient, thorough, and professional above all.
My oil change was fast and easy! I like that they show you everything they are doing. The customer service was great and Brit and Michael were super friendly and helpful!
Excellent service and professional attitude with quality care.
Andrew and Britt were amazing quick and very nice as well! Would definitely recommend!
It was koo Everyone was a great help including Julian and Brit! They explained everything thoroughly, helped me in a timely manner, and made me feel welcome! Will come here again!
Super friendly, clearly explained all work to be done, provided extra info about my vehicle.
My son and daughter both recommended this business for Oil Change. Not only did they replace the oil, they pulled my filters to make sure they were good, and they were! I appreciate that they showed me the filters for myself. They also checked my tire pressure. The team was so nice and professional, I am…
Britt helped a lot
I called to get an appointment. Asked how much it will cost. Was told between 80 and 108. My charge was 114. Not cool. Also I was given a receipt that said they checked a lot of this that were not done. Not cool. Will not be back
The staff is always friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.
Britteny did a great job on workong on my car today
Beittany was the best!!
The service they provide goes above and beyond! They were super quick and all the boys here were so helpful and addressed all of my concerns!
Brittaney was an outstanding worker with excellent attitude! I will be coming back again for an oil change service xD
Very friendly staff, no wait and they didn’t try to upsell me
Guys were good and professional Luke had great customer service. Highly recommend
Being able to stay in my car is what sold me 😁 The people that work there communicate very well with each other and customers. That business is a well-oiled machine, the only place I will go to get an oil change 👌🏼
Great spot, great Service. Luke is the man! Got the job done asap and clean. Thank you everyone!
Brittny was awesome!!
Fast and friendly, fair price, honest without being pushy. The go-to spot for our family’s vehicles. Bonus free car wash!
Extremely friendly and professional. They get the job done with a smile always.
Fast and efficient
Been trusting this place for years with my oil changes. Britteany and Logan were super helpful for me today when i stopped for another oil change. I was kind of having a bad day and they both went beyond. Thank you 😊 🙏
Great group of guys that work at this shop. Respectful, efficient, personable, and funny. Got me in and out quick and had a couple laughs while they serviced my service van. Definitely won my future business.
Efficient in servicing my car. Opened up a second stall so I could be serviced sooner. Staff friendly. My 1st time there and it will now be my go-to for oil change.
I am a 77 year old woman. I have been going to the Oil Changers on Norte Dame Blvd for several years now. The guys there are great. Julian was so helpful for me this morning even with all my dumb questions. All of the men and women were polite and thorough and do a great job. Would highly recommend their services.
Friendly staff great service.
Fast and easy and the guys are super friendly
Always fast, always friendly.
Everyone was very friendly and efficient. Best experience in town!
Went for the first time yesterday and they were so friendly, really fast and decently priced! 10/10 will start coming regularly for now on!
My recent full service oil change that was well over $100 visit, left me disappointed. I made a simple request — to have my coolant reservoir topped off — and received a nod of acknowledgement. After the service, my dashboard warning light was still on. When I asked if the coolant had been checked, I was told it was…
Great price, great customer service, and they complimented my car
Such friendly service workers here! Always smiling and very kind.
Very professional.
Transmission and oil change
The service was amazing. Ireland my tech was very sweet and on top of it. Great job!
Super fast service, friendly staff. Beats doing my oil changes on a busy and pothole filled street.
Customer service was great and service was fast. Very thorough oil change. Thanks Oil Changers 😊
Fast friendly service.
Professional, friendly, service with a smile. Thank you Dakota and Britney
A friendly experience and they made it convenient at an affordable price.
Great staff and a quick oil change! Best place to get your oil changed in Chico, in and out less than 30 minutes with the added bonus of sitting in your car the whole time.
Dakota was great! Very thorough. I always go here for oil changes. Always a great experience. Thank you for being fast and always doing a great job!
Took my car here for a routine oil change and it was a seamless experience. In and out quickly, everything was explained as it was being done and the service was affordable. Will definitely return the next time my car needs service.
Quick service !.friendly atmosphere!.
This is where I have my oil changed. They do a good job with it! I like it best when there is no line of cars to wait in. I recommend it.
Only one bay was open today, so there was a bit of a wait with three cars before me-- not a problem since I had no appointments requiring me to hurry up and get moving. Right before my turn, the technician Brittany opened up the second bay. Once over the pit, service was quick efficient, and friendly. Great place for an oil change!
Awesome
Nice employees, cars needs described clearly. Good price, fast service.
Always great, fast service.
Pleasant staff, topped me off and I was on my way
Everyone who works here is fantastic at what they do, and are extremely friendly! Along with great prices and fast service, this is the only place I'll go in Chico for my oil change!
Quick and friendly.
This is a great place to get your changes in Chico! You just pull up and don’t even leave your vehicle. The price is right on point, every one of the employees were professional, friendly and efficient. I had no worries sending my teenage daughter through there with her car.
They were quick and efficient, and very pleasant
I needed an oil change and had used Oil Changers in San Diego before, so I decided to try this location as I just moved to Chico. Luke and Leo were courteous, professional, and very efficient. They took the time to explain which services I may be overdue for and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Great…
Friendly, fast and knowledgeable.
They know my name always happy to me. Didn't use the car wash this time.
Great customer service. The staff is always extremely professional and while they do upsell maintenance services, it’s generally things you do actually need or are beneficial. It’s convenient to get those extra maintenance items domes quickly with no extra stops. My experiences have also always been quick and…
My girlfriend and I have both gone to this location a few times. This time in particular we rolled in an hour before they closed to get my girls oil done before she left town. Dakota and a younger looking girl whose name I didn’t get helped us out. They were so awesome and friendly to us we even went back home to…
Got help from Dakota. He was amazing, honestly the best thing since sliced bread!
Nice guys Fast friendly and efficient
Super friendly and knowledgeable Thank you!
Always kind, helpful & work quickly but efficiently.
I really like the service you get here! They are fast and efficient! Prices are great too! I feel safer now!
I decided to go back after the first time I went because the pricing was reasonable. This time, it was outrageous. I will not be going back to oil changers.
I got the Oil changed here .and it was great service, I'd highly recommend it to anyone needing an oil change. Great team, friendly and very nice 🙂
Cheap, fast and friendly!
Fast, efficient, very friendly employees. I take all of cars here to get serviced.
Great customer service and clear Communication.
Very courteous and professional. I will definitely go back
Joshua was very professional and his team was quick.
Super friendly and personable. Weren’t pushy on up selling.. Great establishment!
Quick, efficient & courteous service. I wasn’t pressured by annoying up sale techniques to buy an item or service I neither wanted or needed. I’m not a new customer but I am to this location. I’ll be back again for my next oil change and I may just ask about some of those other services.
Fast easy and I got a veteran discount
Always consistent with our vehicles
Staff was very friendly, communicated every step in the process, gave options where possible. Unfortunately, since my car sat for almost a year, a few 8-legged friends moved in. When the technician tried to install a clean air filter, one of those friends decided to come out and say hi. The meet and greet didn’t go…
Friendly, knowledgeable, hard working staff!
I went to ask what the price was? I was told pull into the bay and I'll run your plate and get you a price. I got my quote and I asked if they compete pricing? I had a coupon for Jiffy Lube 7$ off. They said they would honor it and instead gave me almost 14$ off the 133$ bill. I gave them a 10$ tip. Good guys 😁
Friendly, informative, efficient.
The best singing oil change ever.. great guys! Took very good care of me!
They topped off my fluids and checked my oil for me! They let me know I didn’t need an oil change yet. They could have just did it and made money off me but they didn’t. They are friendly and respectful.
What a great crew! Everybody was happy and singing and having a great time. They did a great job! Car wash connected to the building also did a great job shining my car up a long trip from Massachusetts. Will definitely visit again next time we come out west.
Excellent service!!!
Explained everything to me, quick and easy, price transparency, and friendly service. would highly recommend :)
Great service and great team. Fast and efficient. Joshua was a great communicator and very nice.
Fast, friendly and convenient.
Normally I would give this shop ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!! However, I am dropping 1 star this visit because they could not provide the services needed. Their air compressor was broken. I had called prior and all was good. I understand that stuff breaks. But, i live 70 miles up in the mountains and do not come to the valley often.…
Polite staff, they answered a question I had clearly and in detail. When something went wrong during the post oil change test due to a manufacturer fault, they took time to explain what happened, why, all while redoing the whole thing for no additional charge. I drove away confident that my car was in great shape and well taken care of during the visit.
Fast friendly service. Just needed a top off and they checked everything for me 😊
They were all very nice, and quick. I was shown what my oil looked like before and after, as well as my air filter.
Fast and friendly!
I LOVE these guys! I went to Jiffy Lube and everyone who worked there looked like they hated their life, but these guys are so funny and are having a good time at their job and they get you in and out. They are very attentive to what's going on with your car. They even told me that I have an oil leak that I need to…
You're staff is GREAT. It was so quick and they talked us through the entire process. We'll see them again. Thanks.
They do an excellent job. I had a free oil change at the dealership, but last time, they messed up so badly. I would rather pay Oil Changers & Car Wash do it it. They are so professional and nice people!!!
Professional efficient and friendly!
Oil changers are quick and thorough and are the only place that can update the maintenance sign on my dashboard. Thanks guys!
Very courteous and quick service. Offered great deals to me for car wash and other services!
Always great service at the chico location Appreciate the guys there Fast n courteous
Fast and easy I don’t think I’ll go elsewhere I love this place!!! Friendly staff, well educated, easy. Just all around recommend
Personable, professional, fast.
These guys have always been fantastic every time we go. Super fast and they have that "old time" service feeling as they actually discuss with you how your levels are, the condition of your filter and fluids and actually tell you if it is unnecessary to replace either before performing any maintenance. Far superior to Jiffy-Lube or Pep-boys in my opinion.
They're really nice to us. And the service was really fast.
They are my go to! Great work and friendly service! They always go above and beyond! Thank you!
Thes guys were great. Their teamwork is obvious and they seem to enjoy what they do. They are quick!!! They were really quite affable considering it's "hotter'n Satan's taint."
Great service - very little wait time. Very helpful in helping to reset the settings so I'll be reminded automatically of next change needed. Seemed like a happy crew.
I went in after work one evening, and Alyssa, Chaz, and Wilfred were AMAZING to work with! They didn't push for any unnecessary purchases, got me in and out in a reasonable time, and were incredible to talk to! Definitely going again in a couple months for my next oil change, thanks guys :)
This was my first visit. The attendants were fast, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I will definitely be back
I always come here for my oil changes. They’re quick, knowledgeable and always friendly.
They provided me with excellent customer service and suggested all the services my vehicle required.
Disconnected the air filter sensor cable necessitating a mechanic to fix and turn off the check engine light. Extra $100🫤
I love this place...very professional..they keep you informed about everything they do to your vehicle...and there always very considerate...thank s guys...👍👍👍
Friendly fast service
Great service. Keep me up to date on all they were doing. I appreciate the uniforms. Thank you for great service.
Very quick and knowledgeable services.
Employees are very rude.
Always quick and excellent service. Everyone has always been kind and professional.
Excellent work and fast and friendly.
Not a good experience will never come here again , since they put a oil filter knowing it wasn’t the right one and they still ended up putting on the filter, car was running good up until 2 days after as I was driving to work the filter completely came off and and burnt the whole bottom of the car and my car didn’t…
Extremely warm day. The three employees working were outstanding.
They were training 4 new people, so it took a lot longer than usual. My tech was friendly and competent.
The manager kept pointing out repeatedly that he was training 4 people at one time I found out a little bit scary in the sense of my vehicle. Wanted to make sure it’s been taken care of. One of the newer people shouted at the top of their lungs, check lights right in my left ear, which was really really irritating.…
I always use oil changers in Chico. Staff is always courteous. Alyssa is Amazing! Thank You ☺️
Friendly, professional and quick service.
Easy, efficient and very nice, knowledgeable and respectful guys
great service, knowledgeable employees, quick and efficient. not much more i could ask for. 5 stars
My first time there and the staff was so friendly and informative. They did a great job and it was really fast. This will definitely be my first choice in the future!
Quick and knowledgeable service. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Great price for the service. They even send coupons sometimes.
Fast, efficient, and wonderful service. James had us in and out in under 15 minutes and took great care of us. Don't hesitate to use oil changers for your next oil change
Very friendly and informative
The guys were great as always and treated me with kindness and respect … very professional I know that my truck will get the proper oil change this keeps me coming back to this place for my trucks needs :)
Fast, convenient and professional!
Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you.
Very professionals . I feel confident that they are doing the best to help me maintain my car in optimum condition.
Straight forward oil change. Friendly, competent employee who showed me the oil dip stick with the old oil level/cleanliness, and the new, which I’m sure is part of his job. Didn’t try to upsell, which I greatly appreciated. I would recommend to anyone, but not if you’re in a hurry. The person interacting with the…
I highly recommend this business. Since I have been coming here I have had such confidence that my cars needs are being well taken care . Each employee I have encountered has been professional , courteous and knowledgeable in helping me understand all my car’s needs.. Thank you Oil Changers! Love you
I can’t say enough about the people that work at the Chico location. I have two old cars and I bring them in for checks all the time bc I’m nervous about low oil and tire pressure etc. this (impressively inclusive!) staff is always on point, friendly and not missing a beat. I feel lucky they are close to my house!
Every time I go here, I get excellent service! I love this place I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Quick and friendly.
Always the best experience. So fast and friendly. Would 100% recommend the Chico CA location!
These guys are amazing! They are always so mace and efficient!
Guys were very friendly, and fast. The entire experience was excellent.
They were nice, informative and competent. The cost was more than reasonable.
I show up and the workers notice right away and come to tell me what bay to pull into they get my information from my car and they’re taking care of my car needs, topping off the liquids such as coolant, windshield fluid and check air filter.
Google says free car wash with every oil change, didn't get when asked for it. Friendly but won't go back as I live in Oroville.
Quick, fair price, thorough checks
Pull up drive thru oil change, sit in your car and wait, only 15 mins, you can't beat that money wise it's convenient about 60$
I normally go there and have great service, this time maybe because the person was new i dont feel like i got same quality service as i have in the past, i found it very unprofessional that the person up top was yelling at the peraon below they were arguing if it was ready , that made me very confused and unsure…
Always fast and friendly. Love not having to drop off my truck for hours!! The workers are knowledgeable and nice!
Found the crew especially friendly and helpful. They were also very patient and extended extra help in the future for air in my tires which have a slow leak
Awesome! job and service!
My check engine light came on literally the next day after getting my oil changed I’m not sure why but I’m not happy about it other than that the guy that changed my oil was really nice and everything seem to go smoothly and quickly The five stars are for the service not the check engine light lol
Quick service, courteous technicians, and no attempt to upsell me on additional service or products I didn't request. The way it should be. Thanks!
It was expensive and on the 2 occasions I used it I had to return as I had oil drips in my garage both times. Will go somewhere else in future sorry
They are always super friendly and helpful! I’ve been coming here for a long time. When I came back with an oil leak they figured out the issue, fixed it, and gave me a car wash! Love this place!
Very friendly and helpful staff!
I love the convenience both of their location and open on the weekends. Stay in the car OR plenty of stores nearby if they are busy. Always so polite and helpful every time I go. I’ve recommended to all my other 9-5 m-f friends and I recommend to you too!
Been going to these guys for a while now. Great service. Quick and efficient. Appreciate you guys.
This is the most convenient way to get an oil change. I have used this place twice now and am very pleased with how kind, fast and wonderful the service is here!
Super friendly and helpful! My favorite place now! I got my husband going there too!
Been going to the same location for almost 10 years. Always take great care and do a great job
This is the only place I go to get my oil changed. The Team is thorough, professional and always answer my questions with a smile.
Great location and friendly professional service. Would highly recommend them for your next oil change!
Great service and friendly help.
Okay service but they stripped my bolt for air intake box and then wrote in their comments stripped bolt
I'm writing this review in my car, in the garage, at oil changers. I had to rave about the service I'm getting and the people working here! They are good at their job, personable, knowledgeable, and had an opportunity to charge us $170+ but instead saved us money by being honest about our situation. Thomas helped us…
Did not place washer on drain plug and my car was leaking oil. Luckily I was in the dealership the next day but had to pay for this error to be fixed
Confusion on car vs previous car I had. Figured it out. Had to go back second day to get automatic message deleted. Still showing up sadly
Excellent customer service, fast and thorough. Nemo is super friendly:)
Great service and a job well done!
This was my 2nd time here. I am very impressed with these guys. Polite, funny, likes kids and pets and always respectful. Thorough and fast. So happy to be customers here.
Great and friendly staff.
Super professional and quick, James helped me understand what was going on! Good place would recommend!
Best customer service EVER! The folks that work at Oul Changers are truly the best! The wait is super short, the communication is amazing and the guys always have a smile. I love the nod to the military with the service flags. I will NEVER go anywhere else!
Excellent, fast, friendly service. Will continue to have all my vehicles serviced here!
Awesome Customer Service. Very quick and friendly!
They didn’t have an air filter for a Nissan Rogue 2021.. apparently a lot of places don’t “ too new still” but their service is always very quick and friendly. Also very informative when I have questions.
They were great...Thank you
The staff was fast and very friendly. They work as a unit which may explain the military service flags which caught this vet’s eye in the most patriotic way. I’ve never been here before but I definitely will be back in a few months. Thank guys! Great job 👏
Amazing job! Very fast and friendly workers 10/10 would recommend
Very nice friendly workers, was in and out in 15min., will definitely return and recommend this place to everyone!
Quick and convenient service.
The employees were friendly. The oil change was quick. Other fluids not topped off. Air in tires checked at my request. Caps not replaced on 2 tires.
Fail to reset system properly . I will be going back to have that fixed. warning light keeps coming on
Quick. Professional!! Great Customer Service! Thank you!
The staff were great! Very nice and fast paced. They had my oil change done in less then 15 minutes. Definitely going back!
Courteous an informative an efficiency
Professional, very thorough, and did everything in a very timely manner; all of the technicians were very kind as well.
They are always fast and efficient. I have been here many times. The staff seems to change a lot. One employee was a bit immature and mocked/mimicked me because he thought I couldn't hear him, and he didn't reset my oil change light. This is why I gave one less star.
Friendly and fast. We'll be back to do the other services they suggested during the oil change.
Fastest oil change ever. Hope they didn’t forget anything.
I got there about 8min before closing and the 2 yung gentlemen approached me with a smiles as if it was 8 min after opening and it was one of thouse 105 plus days that we have had .. high. Five to the two men that closed the shop last night.....
They always do a good job
First time I use this business. I was impressed by the courtesy and professionalism. I was quickly in and out, I didn't feel taken advantage of like I do sometimes at a famous competitor and my car got a good wash too. What's not to like about that?
Everytime I go here the staff is always so nice to me and makes me feel very comfortable! They also let me know everything about my car and keep me updated about what needs to be fixed or changed! They also put air in my tires and wash my windshield for free! I love them!
We take all of our vehicles here. They’re always honest, fast and reliable. The whole team works well together. They never try to “upsell” or “gouge” you, but they’ll make necessary recommendations, which is awesome. Would recommend this place to anyone in Chico needing an oil change!!
Great oil change service employees were very helpful and professional highly recommended and if ya need a car wash I'm sure you will be happy with that too.
Excellent customer service Dakota and Noah are great managers they assisted my needs to their fullest capability and I refer them as genuine people with quality service for the public
Very friendly Workers. Quick and you stay in your car! price is okay. Better Price than Valvoline forsure! Would go back
Super fast and all the employees are really nice, especially Dakota!!
Quickest oil change I've ever had. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. My previous oil change was at a dealership, and it took over an hour. The employees were courteous and professional. I will definitely go back. :-)
The entire staff is awesome and efficient. Dakota gets an extra 5 star rating for profound customer service and professionalism. Thanks oil changers this is why you are our family’s choice
I would highly recommend this business they were professional on point and took care of my car I will be using this business regularly.
Hayley was awesome. Went above and beyond to make sure everything was checked and serviced as needed
So let me say Hayley was amazing. Fast friendly and got us back on the road in no time. While the guys where off in a group talking she was working hard! Would be 5 stars but the other staff was kinda rude :(
Very friendly and professional service! I will be going here from now on!
Great service. Highly recommend
Great service great people great price
Did not lube grease fittings. I took it back. They lubed 4 fittings but manager refused to lube driveline and 4x4 main ujoints??? I will not return to this business. Bad PR. Too bad for them as I manage a fleet of trucks for a business.
Tryed to sell me some oil conditioner I didn’t need. Then charged me 5 dollars more to remove the under engine cover after telling me a price for a complete oil change. Looks like they just pocket the five dollars. I used to take three cars therefor there oil change every four month.I will be getting the oil changed…
The staff here are on it! They are always alert, greet you right away, and take care of business quickly. Great quality of service and value. Free top-off is a huge savings for an older model car.
Very knowledgeable and quick service!
Super helpful and informational. They really know what they’re doing! New car wash too made my truck look fresh!👌
Fast, nice, very professional, and i didnt have to get out of the car what more could i ask for.
Fastest, friendliest and most affordable place in town! I’ll never go to another oil change company after the great service I had today!! Was in and out fast, they fixed an overfilled tire (ugh, thanks Les Schwab) that was unsafe and even gave me a free car wash. :)
Went in for an oil change this morning super friendly staff! I appreciate that they show me what my oil looked like when I came in and what it looked like once they changed it. It was one of the fastest oil changes I've had in a long time! Will definitely be back and will be recommending friends and family to come by as well!
I have been here 3 times now and love the service. Quick quality. They are under new management now and you can tell the quality of service has gone up dramatically. Great place to go!
Noah and his team. Great work!
Noah was great, professional fast, and clear about why, when, & how ! Will be coming again
I was helped by two guys, both named Noah. They were absolutely awesome! They saved me a bunch of money by telling me the truth of some things that a different mechanic told me was wrong with my car but actually weren’t. They saved me a bunch of money and gave me a lot of extra useful information that they didn’t…
Very Poor quality service, skid plate fell off half way home after getting my oil changed. When I took it back to them, they blamed it on me saying my skid plate was missing bolts and clips, even though my car is brand new and this was its first oil change. Highly do not recommend
Jon the Manager is awesome and so is the whole staff. Always very friendly and helpful, fast service great prices AND a car wash! Best deal in town!!
Love this business they are amazing. Very quick always goes above and beyond to make sure my vehicle is up to par. Always 5 stars 🌟 everytime!!!
This place is the best!! We’ve been getting our oil changed here for many years. John Slaton and his crew have always taken care us and our cars.
Oil change was super fast. Helpful and friendly service!
