Staff is incredible, very communicative and helpful. I had clips missing under my hood, they noticed and asked if I wanted them added - completely complimentary. 10/10 would recommend!
I waited a long time before a gentleman came out and told me that the car in the pit had complications and would be 15 more minutes. The pit next to me opened up and a truck pulled in and got served immediately. I left and came back the next day, first thing in the morning and only had a short wait.
Great service as usual.
Walked in, was greeted kindly, told exactly what to do, and was in and out within approximately 30 minutes. Staff was very kind and got the job done really quickly. Every time I have come in, I have had the same experience. Priced fairly.

We waited more than an hour to get our vehicle in. Then it took them over an half hour to service it. People were standing around doing nothing and on their phone. The guy that was under the vehicle stopped to go get lunch that someone brought him. I was very frustrated with my service. I will not return to this business
Friendly staff but absolutely not very knowledgeable at all the lady that performed my oil change needed help to get my oil cap off of my vehicle then spilled oil all over my exhaust manifold when filling my engine with oil I was quoted one price then they tried to charge me over $130 when I was originally quoted $55

Oil Changers Chico is my default place to get all my cars’ oil changed. Their professionalism and knowledge about my cars are second to none. Darren at the Chico shop has a Challenger as well so he has all the specs for my Dodge vehicles. I would recommend Oil Changers to anyone.

Service was great as always. It was a little slower than expected, but the work was thorough and well done. The only thing I’d like to see is the oil filter and the oil being used before installation so I can verify the parts being installed. Other than that, I’m very satisfied and will definitely be back.

Very quick but thorough oil change. Great staff!
Usually the mechanic checks the air pressure in the tires and checks that the signal lights are working correctly. They did not do that this time. They weren’t that busy not to have time for these safety checks.
