A spring broke on our garage door with the car inside the garage. We called On Trac, and Chris came out within 45 minutes. He went back to the office where he had some springs, and the whole job was completed in about 2 hours. Great work, great to work with, and fair price. Highly recommend.
Thank you Samantha for the business and the great review
Exceptional service and work done! Incredibly professional. Would recommend if anyone needs garage repair done.
Flawless service from start to finish with On Trac Garage Door Company! From my initial consultation to installation, the entire experience was outstanding. Chris provided excellent advice on the style of doors that would best complement my home's architecture, and turned out perfect! The professional installation by Chris was top-tier. He quickly responded to text messages, kept me up to date when materials arrived, set up installation times that worked best for me, arrived on time, and worked entirely on his own. He installed new motors within days when mine were struck by lightning. A month later, he installed new garage doors. After both installations, he took the time to walk me through the new security features, programmed my car, and set up my smartphone. I couldn't be happier with On Trac!
Couldn't be happier this was perfect
Cant say enough good things about our experience with Chris. He ordered replacement parts for the garage door at my moms and came out and installed parts. Was very professional and helpful with repairing an older garage door. We will definitely call him and his helper Cooper again. Thank you both so much.
