One Hour Air technician Rocky came by today cuz the thermostat had a connection issue. It could not communicate with the system, and it was completely dead. Jay Bettis is fantastic! He is the epitome of Customer Service. I had a Damper System put in and was having problems with it. Even though it wasn’t his install work, he followed up with me and came out and programmed the thermostats correctly and walked me through everything. I highly recommend Jay and On Hour.
Rocky came out to do a season maintenance and was very efficient. I pay a low monthly fee for this service. It gives me a piece of mind knowing my how my system is running. He was nice enough to change out my upstairs filter for me too! We’ve been customers for 5 + years!
