Micah was very knowledgeable, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. He very patiently explained all options to me so that I was confident in my decision. I greatly enjoyed our interaction.
Service was quick and thorough. Very well priced and the maintenance program is definitely worth it with a great price to go with it!

When my AC unexpectedly died late one evening, I was worried, but this company instantly put my mind at ease. Outstanding Service from Corey – A True Professional with Heart Corey from One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning was an absolute lifesaver during one of the most stressful times we've experienced. Exceptional Service and Support – Highly Recommend! I can’t say enough good things about One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning! Wow how great were these guys that came to fix our ac unit. They listened to our problem and knew what was wrong right away and fixed it. It really sucks when your ac unit goes out and it's 116 outside. Very professional both of them with no mess left behind. Even the helper played with my dog to keep her calm…
I can’t say enough good things about this company! Our AC went out unexpectedly during a heatwave, and with small kids and elderly parents at home, we were desperate. I called around to several places, and these guys were the only ones willing to step up—last minute. From the first phone call, they were…

Micha was on time, professional and friendly. My 2 pups sure liked him! He explained what he was going to do and it turned out to be a bad capacitor. He had one on the truck. Replaced it, checked everything at the unit then in the pan. Told me it would take time but it should be fine. I will recommend One Hour Heating and Cooling!! Thank you! 🙏🏼
Jordan was very professional, explained in detain what the issue was and advised on future maintenance. I will recommend him most definitely.

I've lived in Phoenix for 35+ years. This is the company you need to choose. Even the well-known, reliable, and solid ones like Penguin, Jorge Brasil, Scottsdale Air, Goettl, etc. cannot sniff the craftsmanship, speed, pricing, and (above everything else) genuine, earnest customer care of this team. They rise above…
