OCCSI helped us out in a big way when an older laptop conked out and was nearly unusable. Unfortunately, even though the laptop was recovered it wasn't able to be used, but they sure tried everything to get it working! They recommended a replacement, and even helped us source a machine that would suit our needs and the budget we had available. To top it off, they didn't charge us a single thing for their labor or time, donating those instead to our mission...and then went on to contribute in even bigger and more impactful ways. Their care and generosity is unmatched; I could not say greater things about Ann and Bill and the whole team at OCCSI than that their hearts are true and dedicated to their neighbors in the community.
