The technician was kind, polite and knowledgeable and on time. My only complaint is, he did not pull my blinds and curtains back as he found them. I had to remind him to turn the lights off when he was done with a particular room. But it’s ok I think he may have been afraid he’d break something 😳🤔
Recently we had a problem with ants and called Orkin immediately. The service Mr. Jose provuded was very thorough and professional. As we walked through the house together, he moved our appliances from the wall and offered helpful suggestions. We signed up for the monthly maintenance service and are happy to know…
Suddenly I had a large colony of bugs that appeared up against the wall. Upon inspection, they were identified as carpenter ants. Treatment was scheduled for the following day.
Technicians that know their product well and on every visit apply their knowledge. Congratulations for having that kind of persons in your payroll… sincerely, FERNANDO
Our technician, Alex, is incredible . He dealt with a rat in our attic coming as often as necessary, trying everything until we were satisfied that the rat was gone and still checks every month . Not only is he professional and thorough, he is friendly and we enjoy his visits!
