This shop really helped us out. Traveling on a Friday afternoon truck had issues that required an immediate fix. Chris and Tot took the time to get us back on the road even though they were down a person and double booked.
I had a good experience with the brothers over at the Rexburg Oswalds Shop. Explained in depth everything I had issues with and helped me understand my car better. The report is also great because I can refer back to it anytime I need it so overall I’m glad I went into the shop. Would recommend.
Was quoted $793 for a spark plug replacement on my Subaru. Found the parts for $60 and did it myself in less than an hour with YouTube. I’d recommend getting a second quote before committing to major maintenance here. They seemed to do a fair job on other repairs but feels kinda hard to come back after that.
Incredible, above and beyond service and care. They ran a very thorough diagnostic and gave me a detailed report. Due to a manufacturing recall the work is being done at a dealership but Tim transported my car from their service center to the deal ship for me so I wouldn’t have to make the trip to Rexburg. Bravo Oswald’s!

I’ve been going to oswald service for years for all my car maintenance needs! I’ve always appreciated their professionalism throughout the whole service process. They did a good diagnosis and caught everything. But when I picked my vehicle up the Dash had been completely disassembled laying in my front seat. When putting it pack together It seemed like it was ripped out of the dash and just left there. Not sure why they did that.

The customer service dedicated was spectacular I understood all which they hoped to accomplish with my vehicle. I was disappointed with how pricey their oil changes were especially when other options were only $30 or so dollars. I was pleased with their services though and felt happy with how they treated my vehicle. They even cleaned it's interior!!
