Professional, courteous, and on time.
I’ve been going to oswald service for years for all my car maintenance needs! I’ve always appreciated their professionalism throughout the whole service process. When my car has had issues, I feel like things are always explained clearly and I’ve never felt like I was being sold something I didn’t need. I’ll never go elsewhere!
Friendly employees, but I'm really unhappy with what I was charged to remove a broken bolt from my license plate. I feel I was taken advantage of.
There was a problem with my starter and I needed it to be replaced it was expensive but I knew that would be the case for a starter but they got it done really fast and when I got in the car and noticed a different problem they took the time to figure that out so I really appreciated that.

Check engine light has been on for a couple of years. Local deal couldn’t diagnose the problem. Oswald’s diagnosis was spot on and a sensor was replaced and the light is off. I don't dread going to the mechanic anymore. Found one that I feel like I can trust in Oswald service and repair. If it's not worth it for me to make the repairs, they tell me and don't just try to take my money. I appreciate their honesty.
