Tim and the crew inspected my kids car, took care of the repairs and made sure everything was good and ready asap. Definitely would refer them and have my cars worked on there again.
Fixed my problem with wireing fast. Great job done and fast
Super fast, honest and quality work! Not to mention affordable! Final cost came in well under what was anticipated. Best shop around!
Courteous, reliable, dependable and above all honest.wonderful people and family oriented. I will definitely take my car back to them whenever I need service. A-1 service.
I’ve been going to oswald service for years for all my car maintenance needs! I’ve always appreciated their professionalism throughout the whole service process. When my car has had issues, I feel like things are always explained clearly and I’ve never felt like I was being sold something I didn’t need. I’ll never go elsewhere!
I share this review with the understanding that things happen... that said, this thing did happen and as a result I feel less confident bringing my vehicles here for repair. I brought my vehicle in for brake replacement and "possible" rotor replacement if mine couldn't be re-resurfaced. The price they quoted seemed…
Very trustworthy and reliable. It did take quite a while but when it was done it was fixed completely and correctly, which is most important.
I took car in for brake light coming in thinking it was going to cost a lot but they found the problem quick and it cost only a fraction of what I thought it would be.
I Oswald’s customer satisfaction and service are superior! I appreciated that they called me in advance to let me know the cost of the repairs before they proceeded. They are fast and efficient as well! Nick and Jessie are great to work with!
Oswald is the best. Got my brakes done promptly and my car is running so smoothly and quietly now. Will definitely return to these guys whenever I need my car needs met.
The place in Rexburg has always gone above and beyond my expectations. I would advise anyone to take their vehicle to get repaired here...
I am so happy with the service on my Lexus. They did a complete check and then went over everything that needed to be done eventually and what needed to be done now. I did not feel pressured at all to do it all right now. I believe this company and its employees to be very honest. I will go back for the next set of…
It's the best service in the whole area and I just trust in your company.
Very good service, very nice guys
We have taken the car into three other places & prior to Oswald’s. Oswald’s was so quick to get us in & actually fixed the problem instead of telling us there wasn’t one. Thank you, you have won our business.
Initial Post: We are originally from Colorado where we had an amazing mechanic, he knew us, our vehicles and our long-term plans. He didn’t just work on our cars, he treated them like they were his own. One concern we had coming to Rexburg was finding someone to take care of our needs, and with a large family we…
Treated well!!!
Excellent service without an appointment. Oswald Service went the extra mile to service my vehicle, fitting me into their already busy schedule. Thank you!
My experience was awesome. I was taken care of in a timely manner. The service at the desk was excellent. My car is running great. I loved that I was told about my brakes could be getting worn and to keep watch. I will be going to Oswald for my oil changes so Jesse can keep an eye on my brakes. Love the place. 5 stars from me! Deb.
Honest diagnosis. Good repairs. Super friendly!
Good place to go for consistent service. Their prices are fair and they get you in and out, I just wish the front desk would get off personal calls to greet and process customers.
They worked on my car and did the job in a very timely and affordable manner. Highly recommended
They are honest people, and very good in what they do.. They don't make up stuff to work on, I trust them with vehicles
The service, pricing and knowledge are fantastic. Jesse and his team are always knowledgeable and helpful!
They were awesome!!!
I've been using Oswald's services for years. They are professional, fair and efficient. They know the machines and are able to work with you. Recommended 100%.
Knowledgeable, honest, great communication, quality work, good prices. Would definitely go back for future auto needs. Thanks for the great service!
We dropped our toyota off this morning and they had said it would be a few days but it took that day. They were knowledgeable and have great pricing and had just great quality overall.
Very professional and informative. They kept in contact, and let me know all repairs that are being performed and the possibility of any other problems.
Had an issue with our daughters’ older car. We found Oswald to be very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. Their inspection was thorough and they didn’t try to sell us on unnecessary repairs. The only complaint was how long it took to get the vehicle in for the repair. (10 days- probably because they are well…
Oswald service Inc. is definitely the place to go when it comes to car needs. They were friendly and helped me out with what I needed. They were professional and didn’t beat around the bush they were prompt. I’m so happy with the service that I was provided with. Thank you so much. Recommend 10/10!
Very good experience. I was very fortunate to even receive the car back that same day.
Superior service, a little expensive, but great service.
I felt like I was treated very fairly as a woman. I wasn’t talked down to like some places that I’ve experienced. Very honest, pictures and details of what was wrong. He said what needed to be done right away and what could hold off a bit for the future. I will take all Of my cars here!
Extremely professional, they kept me updated on when it was going to be finished which was nice. Definitely will go back
We love Oswald! They find the problem and let you know if it's a necessary fix. They fix only what you ask them to. They have done a great job with all the repairs we've had them do. Our vehicle runs much smoother thanks to them.
Had them repair brakes rods and struts as well as the alignment, car drives like brand new. Jesse was very good at keeping me up to date on the problem and what was being done and what time it should be done. These are my new go-to guys...👍
