I had my car looked at several times by Grease Monkey for the same root issue and it just wasn’t getting completely fixed. Grease Monkey recommended that I take my car to Oswald’s for more in-depth help. Well, Oswald’s didn’t disappoint. I paid a pretty penny for the work they did, but my car WORKS again. The…
Professional, courteous, and on time.
Luke at the front desk was great and kept me informed of the progress of the repairs. Better price than I found looking at other shop I will be using there services in the future.
Very easy to work with!
From start to finish the experience with Oswald Auto was superb! They tackled our car issues with ease and efficiency. And provided a full report diagnostics on our car that gave us insight into future repairs that will be coming soon along with estimate pricing. It was so informative we took care of a couple we…
Very understanding and accommodating shop. I will 100% be taking my 99’ 4Runner back to Oswald for future repairs!
Great service and diagnosis, A+ Experience
They do a good job at finding the problem and fixing it fast. Charge a little more for the services then me a college student can afford but other then that did an awesome job. 👌
Excellent service
The place in Rexburg has always gone above and beyond my expectations. I would advise anyone to take their vehicle to get repaired here...
Absolutely in love with Oswald Service. Excellent service and incredibly fast. Kept me up to date with my vehicle and above all, made my TJ start up again after being shipped from Georgia and arriving back to me in horrible condition. Oswald allowed my Jeep to be towed to them by my insurance company and they got…
Oswald service and repair is amazing! They were able to get my car into the shop quickly and worked to fix our issue. When the issue persisted after repair and was a larger problem than was originally thought, they refunded me and presented me with the options of what to do. My car’s head gaskets had gone bad. It…
Super friendly. Prices were reasonable. They took good care of my daughters 2008 Outback Subaru when I couldn’t be there to help myself. I’ll definitely use again if needed!
We would definately recommend using Oswald's! They are honest and knowledgeable and great to work with! Easy to schedule with and even when he had to tow a vehicle they got us in asap. So nice to have an auto shop we can trust while our kids are away at school!
Very polite, wonderful place for auto repair!
Got my vehicle into their Rexburg location and got the repairs completed for me, quicker than IF location. So grateful for that!!!
The customer service dedicated was spectacular I understood all which they hoped to accomplish with my vehicle. I was disappointed with how pricey their oil changes were especially when other options were only $30 or so dollars. I was pleased with their services though and felt happy with how they treated my vehicle. They even cleaned it's interior!!
This place is terrible! I went in probably 6 months ago to get my car checked because it was squealing really badly. They gave me a diagnostic and said there was oil leaking onto my bet causing it to wear faster than it should and squeal, spraying the oil throughout my engine. I got it repaired with them and halfway…
We've been using Oswald for all our auto repair and maintenance needs for the last 3 years. They're always upfront and thorough in their work and friendly in their interactions.
Always impressed with Oswald’s! Even though no one likes going in for repairs, they are always professional and stand by their work. They also do a great job of trying to get you in as quick as possible. Great local place for any car issue!
