Tim and the crew inspected my kids car, took care of the repairs and made sure everything was good and ready asap. Definitely would refer them and have my cars worked on there again.
The team always check everything. I will always use them.
They did an amazing job getting my car fixed fast. Customer service was also great
Oswald's customer service is amazing! Luke was very kind and took the time to explain everything they did to help me maintain my vehicle. I am so happy to have found trustworthy mechanics!
I’ve been going to oswald service for years for all my car maintenance needs! I’ve always appreciated their professionalism throughout the whole service process. When my car has had issues, I feel like things are always explained clearly and I’ve never felt like I was being sold something I didn’t need. I’ll never go elsewhere!
Oswald’s always the best five star service rating any day of the week. The most thorough automotive shop. Outstanding service. Thank you Nick and staff for such professionalism and quick turnaround.
The only place I go for any work on my vehicles. They are the best!!!!
As always, they did a super junior job!
Simply put: Oswald has amazing service. I've taken my car in 2 times now and every time every aspect of the experience is top notch. From the way they've set the drop off system, to the way they show you what repairs need to be done. Thank you Nick for taking care of my Mazda!
Very accommodating, quick service. They explained what they found and service performed to remedy.
Went for an oil change and safety inspection. They did great and even cleaned my windows and vacuumed my carpet. Very happy with the service and price.
I am usually very happy with the service, but this time I am not. I came with a small leak in the rack and pinion The part was going to take along time to arrive so I opted to not do the service. They returned my vehicle and I had a big leak. I was able to get it to a different shop who had the part and get it…
Your lobby is inviting and the toy area is nice. Jesse was very friendly and offered me a hot drink which was very welcomed in this cold weather.
They did an awesome job, they found the problem in my brake system that other mechanics didn’t find or wouldn’t find… keep up the good work
I love going to this place. Yah they may be a little bit more pricey. But they are very nice and helpful.
I was in and out fast but not without top notch quality service and the staff was amazing and super friendly. The prices were great for the area and I definitely Highly recommend them
Excellent
Guys were very friendly & professional. Pulled my truck right in and got me out of there in a respectable amount of time. Were also really understanding when i missed my first appt and had to reschedule.
Great place. honest
Excellent experience and long term relationship with this company and they are very honest and their dealings and recommendations. Jessie is a great manager!!!
Check engine light has been on for a couple of years. Local deal couldn’t diagnose the problem. Oswald’s diagnosis was spot on and a sensor was replaced and the light is off. Diagnosed several other issues and made repairs. Their reception area and waiting area is cleaner than many doctors offices. Jake and his…
Absolutely in love with Oswald Service. Excellent service and incredibly fast. Kept me up to date with my vehicle and above all, made my TJ start up again after being shipped from Georgia and arriving back to me in horrible condition. Oswald allowed my Jeep to be towed to them by my insurance company and they got…
I am very impressed by Oswald Repair! They are super efficient and gave me a detailed report of how my car is doing with pictures and everything. They honestly tell me where they get all their parts from and how reliable they are or not. I loved the washed windows and vacuuming they did with my oil change too! 100% will be going there again!
Great customer service and kept me in the loop along the way
Amazing service and attitude. Timely and efficient service. Only issue was my car got set to kilometers per hour instead of Miles per hour during the inspection and wasn’t changed back
They were on time and quick in doing the oil change. Nice waiting room to sit in while they worked in my car. Add the price was very competitive so I would return again without hesitation.
Knowledgeable, honest and on point. The ship and people are A+++
The service I received was incredible, from scheduling the appointment to picking my vehicle up. I am a big fan of communication, they let me know what was going on with my vehicle the whole time. I really liked the detailed inspection report that included pictures of the issues they found with the cost to repair…
Oswald’s was great! They came highly recommended and they lived up to it. Friendly and they did great work. We’ll definitely go back!
Jesse and his guys are great and really knowledgeable! They tell you the truth about your car and keep it running awesome!
Initial Post: We are originally from Colorado where we had an amazing mechanic, he knew us, our vehicles and our long-term plans. He didn’t just work on our cars, he treated them like they were his own. One concern we had coming to Rexburg was finding someone to take care of our needs, and with a large family we…
Very good service, however the mechanic who changed the oil in my car forgot to tighten the cap and oil started leaking. After I came back they fixed everything and let me in without an appointment.
Treated well!!!
Excellent service without an appointment. Oswald Service went the extra mile to service my vehicle, fitting me into their already busy schedule. Thank you!
The customer service dedicated was spectacular I understood all which they hoped to accomplish with my vehicle. I was disappointed with how pricey their oil changes were especially when other options were only $30 or so dollars. I was pleased with their services though and felt happy with how they treated my vehicle. They even cleaned it's interior!!
Great place, great service
They take the time to find the problem and they fix it right. I appreciate their honesty and not talking me into repairs that don’t need to be done but pointing out potential issues that may arise. I would recommend Jesse and his team all day long!
The staff here were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and we felt important and not a hindrance to their busy schedule. We made our appointment for an oil change and came with a multipoint inspection. The data they sent back was great to have on my phone and not just another piece of paper to clutter things up.…
Got an alignment and oil change after Jason’s Auto did some work on the ball joints. They did a really good job. It’s a bit more pricy but very reliable and I feel a lot safer driving my car now. They were very kind, professional, and energetic.
We've been using Oswald for all our auto repair and maintenance needs for the last 3 years. They're always upfront and thorough in their work and friendly in their interactions.
