Tim and the crew inspected my kids car, took care of the repairs and made sure everything was good and ready asap. Definitely would refer them and have my cars worked on there again.
Amazing service and they an amazing job on my car! I’ll always go to Oswald’s from now on!
I primarily got a diagnosis for a vehicle and I chose to forgo further work on my vehicle at this time. But I was very pleased and impressed with the staff.
I had a good experience with the brothers over at the Rexburg Oswalds Shop. Explained in depth everything I had issues with and helped me understand my car better. The report is also great because I can refer back to it anytime I need it so overall I’m glad I went into the shop. Would recommend.
Incredible, above and beyond service and care. They ran a very thorough diagnostic and gave me a detailed report. Due to a manufacturing recall the work is being done at a dealership but Tim transported my car from their service center to the deal ship for me so I wouldn’t have to make the trip to Rexburg. Bravo Oswald’s!
These guys were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Honestly the BEST experience I have ever had at an auto repair shop.
The two times I’ve had my vehicle serviced at Oswalds, the communication before, during, and after the service was done very professionally. The full vehicle inspection that is done each time I had work done at Oswalds is worth doing business with Oswalds above all other shops in town. I would recommend taking all…
Went to get an state inspection for my vehicle from Massachusetts (which requires that) . Very friendly and helpful service. They arranged for me to drive back to my apartment with one of their employees so I would not have to get a ride home, and I definitely appreciated that. Very transparent and helpful. Would recommend.
Oswald's customer service is amazing! Luke was very kind and took the time to explain everything they did to help me maintain my vehicle. I am so happy to have found trustworthy mechanics!
I’ve taken my pickup into Oswald’s multiple times, I had a fuel pump and a CV Axle replaced and was having trouble again with those items and they stood behind a warranty for those parts! Very pleased that they stand behind the work that they do
Super fast, honest and quality work! Not to mention affordable! Final cost came in well under what was anticipated. Best shop around!
Tim was awesome kept us in the loop on everything. You guys are a top notch crew
I’ve been going to oswald service for years for all my car maintenance needs! I’ve always appreciated their professionalism throughout the whole service process. When my car has had issues, I feel like things are always explained clearly and I’ve never felt like I was being sold something I didn’t need. I’ll never go elsewhere!
Oswald’s always the best five star service rating any day of the week. The most thorough automotive shop. Outstanding service. Thank you Nick and staff for such professionalism and quick turnaround.
From start to finish the experience with Oswald Auto was superb! They tackled our car issues with ease and efficiency. And provided a full report diagnostics on our car that gave us insight into future repairs that will be coming soon along with estimate pricing. It was so informative we took care of a couple we…
As always, they did a super junior job!
Simply put: Oswald has amazing service. I've taken my car in 2 times now and every time every aspect of the experience is top notch. From the way they've set the drop off system, to the way they show you what repairs need to be done. Thank you Nick for taking care of my Mazda!
Very understanding and accommodating shop. I will 100% be taking my 99’ 4Runner back to Oswald for future repairs!
Went for an oil change and safety inspection. They did great and even cleaned my windows and vacuumed my carpet. Very happy with the service and price.
Brought car in on a Thursday because of a coolant problem. They inspected the whole car in just over 1 hour and gave me a call explaining everything in detail and answering all my questions. The car was ready to pick up the next day way faster than expected and the bill was a little bit lower than the quote. Overall…
Very friendly staff, and got us taken care of very quickly and for an unbeatable price!
What a great business! Everyone was friendly and great to work with! They did what I wanted and didn’t try to add extra things and charges! I will use them again 👍🏻
Always good service and reasonable price!
Excellent service
I love going to this place. Yah they may be a little bit more pricey. But they are very nice and helpful.
I was in and out fast but not without top notch quality service and the staff was amazing and super friendly. The prices were great for the area and I definitely Highly recommend them
Great place. honest
Very kind and helpful people. They are honest and upfront. I believe these are trustworthy individuals. It may seem expensive, but that’s also just auto care for ya
The place in Rexburg has always gone above and beyond my expectations. I would advise anyone to take their vehicle to get repaired here...
I am so happy with the service on my Lexus. They did a complete check and then went over everything that needed to be done eventually and what needed to be done now. I did not feel pressured at all to do it all right now. I believe this company and its employees to be very honest. I will go back for the next set of…
Absolutely in love with Oswald Service. Excellent service and incredibly fast. Kept me up to date with my vehicle and above all, made my TJ start up again after being shipped from Georgia and arriving back to me in horrible condition. Oswald allowed my Jeep to be towed to them by my insurance company and they got…
Prompt, professional, and transparent. Really great experience overall!
We would definately recommend using Oswald's! They are honest and knowledgeable and great to work with! Easy to schedule with and even when he had to tow a vehicle they got us in asap. So nice to have an auto shop we can trust while our kids are away at school!
Knowledgeable, honest and on point. The ship and people are A+++
They do good work on alignments. They found my oil dip stick was dry and added oil for me. Their multipoint inspections come with detailed recommendations which is nice. They took time to talk with me about the issues they found and weren’t pushy to have them do the work.
I loved the customer service and honesty given to us. Our radiator and lower ball joints needed replaced and fixed. They did it in a timely and were great to work with.
Excellent service 👏
Amazing auto shop! Won’t take my cars anywhere else in Rexburg, they are very honest and thorough in their work!
These folks are the gold standard for the area, I don't do stealerships, the mechanics are very knowledgeable, customer service is tops, so refreshing to use their service's
Oswalds is a little more expensive than some other places can be but it is worth it for the service you get. They are always so friendly you can tell the company culture is great. They are honest and get work done quick. I really liked the vehicle inspection link they sent me. They are not pushy about services…
