Tim and the crew inspected my kids car, took care of the repairs and made sure everything was good and ready asap. Definitely would refer them and have my cars worked on there again.
We were looking for a shop to help with my child’s car. She was new to school. It was a very positive experience from the first call. My daughter dropped the car and they took care of her and gave her a ride to school. Luke and Tim kept me and my daughter informed. Their text updates with pictures and…
I called them about an air conditioning problem on my car they were able to get me in a relatively short time fixed it in even shorter time at a reasonable price I will consider using them again.
Their staff is always been amazing to work with! Always very kind and knowledgeable! Left my vehicle there and let them work on it as they we're able to get to it. They replaced a back -right wheel bearing, also my rear alignment, replaced my rear differential fluid, replaced a speed sensor, and fixed my front…
Great service. Took care of my truck really well. Good communication skills with keeping us with what’s going on.
I’ve been going to oswald service for years for all my car maintenance needs! I’ve always appreciated their professionalism throughout the whole service process. When my car has had issues, I feel like things are always explained clearly and I’ve never felt like I was being sold something I didn’t need. I’ll never go elsewhere!
Very trustworthy and reliable. It did take quite a while but when it was done it was fixed completely and correctly, which is most important.
Simply put: Oswald has amazing service. I've taken my car in 2 times now and every time every aspect of the experience is top notch. From the way they've set the drop off system, to the way they show you what repairs need to be done. Thank you Nick for taking care of my Mazda!
They were extremely honest on what I needed. Did a great checkover and made sure I knew what had to be done and what was optional.
Fantastic services, crew members went above and beyond to make sure the car was functioning and that I was satisfied with the vehicle. Pleasant staff. Great price.
Needed an alignment done and they said they wouldn’t do it because my front end was loose and wanted $2500 to redo my front end. WAY TO EXPENSIVE!! It’s a front end not a transmission rebuild. ended up not giving them service
The place in Rexburg has always gone above and beyond my expectations. I would advise anyone to take their vehicle to get repaired here...
They do good work on alignments. They found my oil dip stick was dry and added oil for me. Their multipoint inspections come with detailed recommendations which is nice. They took time to talk with me about the issues they found and weren’t pushy to have them do the work.
I loved the customer service and honesty given to us. Our radiator and lower ball joints needed replaced and fixed. They did it in a timely and were great to work with.
Fast excellent service
Got an alignment and oil change after Jason’s Auto did some work on the ball joints. They did a really good job. It’s a bit more pricy but very reliable and I feel a lot safer driving my car now. They were very kind, professional, and energetic.
Great communication, fast service, fair price, easy to talk to. Great experience. I will definitely be using them for my auto maintenance and repair needs in the future!
They are honest people, and very good in what they do.. They don't make up stuff to work on, I trust them with vehicles
I lived here a while, My neighbor gave me the referral To Oswald's service and repair. They were very professional, They called me and kept me updated on the progress of my car. Everyone inside was friendly, inviting and very punctual. They also didn’t doubt or questioned what I needed, but instead just went to helping me right away. When my car was finally taken in, they returned it to me in the quoted time and infact, almost sooner. Their work was quality and their customer service was on…

Jesse was very informative and took the time to explain everything. Advised me on what I should do in the near future. I had a pleasant experience and this will be my go to repair shop. Recommend to everyone! Very fairly priced. It’s rare you find a repair shop with both qualities.
