Adam was very respectful and timely, with great communication. The job was well done and my carpets look really good. TY Pacific Pro Carpet Cleaning!!
Pacific Pro Carpet Cleaning transformed our carpet. Fast, professional, and seriously thorough. Our whole place feels fresh again. Absolutely recommend.
We have lots of family cats and dogs, need I say more! Adam did a great job with the stains as well as a much needed refresh. Will definitely have him back to do the vinyl and couches. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend Pacific Pro Carpet!
This time I was able to coordinate with the condominium complex to allow the truck mounted cleaning. Rodrigo worked so hard! He had a late start due to issues Beyond our control. But he just did the best job ever! Thank you and Luka thank you for keeping in touch!
Adam did an excellent job explained to everything to me and was very professional
Jhonny did an incredible job. The carpet was an absolute disaster with deep set black stains from years of food spilling, foot traffic and everything else you can imagine. I scheduled this Carpet Cleaning for my Neighbor who is on hospice. Not only did Jhonny Go above and beyond to treat the stains and deep clean…
The carpet and chair cleaning service was excellent. Everything looks fresh, spotless, and beautifully clean. The team was professional, friendly, and paid great attention to detail. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend their service!
Jhonny did a great job thank you
Rodrigo did an excellent job cleaning our carpets! He was very nice, respectful, and professional throughout the whole process. I also had an extra request while he was here, and he didn’t hesitate at all to help me with it. I really appreciated how kind and accommodating he was, and the carpets came out looking…

Great communication, affordable prices and realistic results
Great and friendly service. Ask for Luca!
very friendly and efficient
Vinny is THE BEST! We had a guest fall asleep on the couch and spell chocolate chip ice cream all over our couch and I figured since they were coming out, I would have them clean my rug. Ice cream is completely gone and my rug seriously looks like new. I don’t know why I waited and didn’t have them come out sooner.…
They were very good but some 2 hours late in arriving and the price was over twice what I was quoted over the phone, even though I told the person on the phone the number and size of carpets (and one rug) that needed cleaning.
Came out the day after I called, showed up exactly on time, was conscientious about our pets, was courteous, and did a great job cleaning. Highly recommend!
I have been using Pacific Pro Carpet Cleaning for years now. They are very nice guys. I am very happy with the results. I have very old carpets and they make them looking and smelling really good.
Wooow!! These guys are great! I called around and they were also the best price, very communicative, showed up on time, our carpets look awesome, highly recommend!! 👏
We live in an upstairs unit, and had some obstacles but Johnny managed a solution! Johnny was great, he was efficient, and really made our carpet look brand new! I would recommend him and their company always!
Tech Vinny was great! He did an awesome job! As always! Highly recommend
The tech did a great job, but I was quoted $180 when I booked the cleaning. The day of, Afterarriving I was quoted over $100 more. Since it was a move out, I didn’t have a choice. I am not a fan of the bait and switch so I will not be using this company again.
Great service , technican was great. Thanks Pacific Pro and Vinnie
Amazing job! Jhonny was great at communicating and being very transparent and professional when he arrived and while doing the job. The work was great, I wish I had before pictures but we had several stains that I could not get out, but Jhonny got them out and everything looks like new.
Adam is the best! I reached out to PPCC on Friday evening. They were here by 8am on Saturday. Quoted me exactly what they charged me. Great customer service, friendly, excellent energy. All around just a great level of service. They're my go-to from here on out! I highly recommend.
Wonderful service, very happy with how clean the carpet looks. Thank you so much!
Highly recommend! The team was professional, on time, and did an amazing job removing stains and bringing my carpets back to life. The whole house looks and feels so much cleaner. Jhony was professional and thorough -
Quick scheduling and incredible job by Jhonny!!! He arrived early, was ready to go with equipment rolled out way before our appointment time. Our carpets had been through toddlers (including slime stains), potty training pets, and a teenager. He was actually able to make our carpets look brand new. I’ll be calling for Jhonny to come back in 6 months.
Very convenient and friendly. Didn't mind the dogs barking. 10/10 Would call again
They were kind, quick to pick up and communicative!
Jhonny and Adam did a great job cleaning my living room carpet, two area rugs, and even my upholstered desk chair. The desk chair had markings from my daughter’s markers on it and I thought it was a goner. But they managed to clean it and it looks brand new again. They were efficient and professional, and very…

The gentleman was very sweet and did an amazing job . Highly recommend. I didn’t catch your name but may God bless you .
Vinnie spent a lot of time getting our carpets really clean. We appreciated his professionalism, his time, and the effort he took to get our carpets clean. We will be requesting him again and getting our tile and grout cleaned next time too:)
I definitely recommend Pacific Pro Carpet Cleaning. This is my third experience with the company. The carpet cleaning technician knew what he was doing and did it well, getting stains out and leaving my carpets looking great. He was a good looking, respectful, and very pleasant fellow as well which made the experience even better.
Was able to get same day service! Carpet looks and smells great, impeccable customer service too!

Great job, friendly tech, on time would use again!
Super easy to work with, we required their service 1 day in advanced and they were able to accommodate accordingly. Service was very well delivered. Our carpets look amazing
I booked their service twice for 2 different houses and situation. Everything from communication to service is amazing. Carpets and rugs turned out to be clean and dried quickly.
Great service! Easy to schedule, super friendly and quick service.
They were quick & the carpets smell much better. Not all the pet stains came up, but there was improvement. That said, they hit me up to reschedule about 45 minutes before they were supposed to arrive, due to the job they were on before mine taking longer than expected. Understandable, but not when it was a Friday…
Great service! Carpets look and smell clean and fresh!! I would highly recommend Luca and his team!!
Excellent service will work with them again
Great service all around! I got my couch, rug, and barstools done and they were in and out in less than an hour and everything looks brand new.
So happy with the service. They are professional, offer different services at affordable prices! I highly recommend.
Great service
Wonderful and I so much appreciate the same day service.
Incredible experience and best carpet clean I’ve ever gotten. He removed stains that I thought were never going to be removed. It was quick too!
I’ve had other carpet cleaners out but this one beat them all hands down. My carpet hasn’t looked this clean in years and he was very friendly.
We used Pacific Pro to clean carpets in a rental that the vacating tenants had attempted to clean but failed miserably. Before Felipe with Pacific Pro did his magic it smelled like a wet dog, musty, and had a number of stains. It was so bad the new tenants had requested that we change it out, but the carpet isn't…
Called ahead of time. Cost was what I ordered online. They didn't try to sell me anything.
Great service all round - you can’t go wrong with these guys!
Amazing carpet cleaning service. Felipe was very communicative and answered all the questions I had for him when he arrived at my home. He was very thorough and did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets. Definitely recommend this company if you ever need carpet cleaning services!

Such a great experience from start to finish. My cat had a pretty big accident due to an upset stomach while I was at work. She got it on our couch and some patches of carpet.
