Absolutely the best Carpet Cleaning I’ve ever had
We have lots of family cats and dogs, need I say more! Adam did a great job with the stains as well as a much needed refresh. Will definitely have him back to do the vinyl and couches. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend Pacific Pro Carpet!
Jhonny did an incredible job. The carpet was an absolute disaster with deep set black stains from years of food spilling, foot traffic and everything else you can imagine. I scheduled this Carpet Cleaning for my Neighbor who is on hospice. Not only did Jhonny Go above and beyond to treat the stains and deep clean…
Jhonny did a great job thank you
Professional and friendly service
Unbelievable service! Lucca is the owner operator of the company and he is extremely professional, honest and hardworking. He cleaned our couches, grout and rugs. We could not be more pleased with the results!
Vinny is THE BEST! We had a guest fall asleep on the couch and spell chocolate chip ice cream all over our couch and I figured since they were coming out, I would have them clean my rug. Ice cream is completely gone and my rug seriously looks like new. I don’t know why I waited and didn’t have them come out sooner.…
Wooow!! These guys are great! I called around and they were also the best price, very communicative, showed up on time, our carpets look awesome, highly recommend!! 👏
Amazing job! Jhonny was great at communicating and being very transparent and professional when he arrived and while doing the job. The work was great, I wish I had before pictures but we had several stains that I could not get out, but Jhonny got them out and everything looks like new.
Quick scheduling and incredible job by Jhonny!!! He arrived early, was ready to go with equipment rolled out way before our appointment time. Our carpets had been through toddlers (including slime stains), potty training pets, and a teenager. He was actually able to make our carpets look brand new. I’ll be calling for Jhonny to come back in 6 months.
Jhonny and Adam did a great job cleaning my living room carpet, two area rugs, and even my upholstered desk chair. The desk chair had markings from my daughter’s markers on it and I thought it was a goner. But they managed to clean it and it looks brand new again. They were efficient and professional, and very…
Very great service they came out cleaned the carpet great attitude I highly recommend them to our family member members and friends
Really good work !! House smells amazing from walk up on the front door very reasonable price definitely worth it and will be a regular to this company
Was able to get same day service! Carpet looks and smells great, impeccable customer service too!
They did a good job on my couch. But after they left i notice my carpet was soaking wet around my couch. Which was upsetting because my carpet is brandnew i just had them replaced 4 months ago it was so wet an entire towel was soaked after trying to dry it up.
Awesome job!! The tech even gave me a few suggestions on how to clean urine out of the carpet next time it happens. It was a pleasure doing work with this company!
Pacific Pro Carpet Cleaning is outstanding! From start to finish, everything was top-notch—two true pros with communication that was clear, friendly, and on point. Pricing was crystal-clear (no hidden surprises), and the results? Rugs so fresh and spotless they practically glow. They worked quickly, delivered…
Amazing service and amazing results. Pacific pro is my go to for my home and my rental units. Always on time, always reliable, always clean. What more could you ask for
Hands down, best service! My only regret is not having before pictures to compare to the after (picture attached). I have dogs and cats. The dogs like to jump on the sofa and lick their paws which causes stains. Then our cat peed on the sofa which made it worse. I did my best with my own upholstery cleaner but knew…
I really liked their job! Punctual! Highly recommend them.
Beautiful and thorough job, would recommend to any close friend who needs a quick home refresh!
I highly recommend these guys for any upholstery or carpet cleaning. We bought a large used couch and had them clean and sanitize it to remove the dog smell from the previous owner. They went above and beyond to clean the couch and were very fast. They are the best. A+++
They were quick & the carpets smell much better. Not all the pet stains came up, but there was improvement. That said, they hit me up to reschedule about 45 minutes before they were supposed to arrive, due to the job they were on before mine taking longer than expected. Understandable, but not when it was a Friday…
Very professional and did a great job!
So happy with the service. They are professional, offer different services at affordable prices! I highly recommend.
I had a last minute carpet emergency and Pacific Pro truly saved the day! From the moment I reached out, they were incredibly quick to respond, extremely professional, and went above and beyond to help me right away. Daniel A. showed up immediately, was so kind and understanding, and did an amazing job making my…
We used Pacific Pro to clean carpets in a rental that the vacating tenants had attempted to clean but failed miserably. Before Felipe with Pacific Pro did his magic it smelled like a wet dog, musty, and had a number of stains. It was so bad the new tenants had requested that we change it out, but the carpet isn't…
My house looks brand new with the carpets cleaned so professionally. It didn’t take long at all and great service! I definitely will be using this company again.
Professional
The Pacific Pro team was amazing. They were on time, knowledgeable and did an incredible job with my couch. We will be using them again in the future!
They were able to come next day and get all of our pet stains out no problem, our carpet looks good as new! Super friendly team and professional work - highly recommend.
They did a fantastic job cleaning and were very responsive/communicative. The prices are great for the service and they know what they're doing, couldn't recommend more!
Professional and very polite. Will be making another appointment for the other rooms. Very satisfied with the results. 5 stars hands down and highly recommended.
The team was very professional and our carpet looks brand new! They efficiently and effectively cleaned our stairs, hallway and 2 rooms in about an hour and a half. I’ll be using them again!
Such a great experience from start to finish. My cat had a pretty big accident due to an upset stomach while I was at work. She got it on our couch and some patches of carpet. I immediately went and set an appointment with Pacific Pro Carpet and they were able to come out same day! Luca did a phenomenal job and…
Gianlucca crushed it. Got out all the stains on our carpet. Very professional. Cheap & friendly
They did an amazing job and were so easy to work with. I will definitely use Pacific Pro Carpet again and would highly recommend them!
My bulldog had an accident on my white rug. I called the company and they came right over. The technician was very professional arrived on time and low and behold my rug is still white. I would highly recommend this company. Service value with a smile. Five stars
Gianlucca and his team are very attentive and helpful. I always feel my carpets like new after their work. I highly recommend! 1000 Stars!
Excepcional professional carpet cleaning! Great value and amazing result! I totally recommend this service and business.
They’re really reliable and good at customer service. Totally will use them again.
They took care of my carpet plenty of times and I can tell that they are the best company in town. They are really responsible , and provide the best service
I’d highly recommend their service! It was much better than I expected! They removed stains that I’d never imagine that could be removed!
I had an entire home that needed service - I can tell you i closed my eyes and it was a new home. The owner - the sweetest Brazilian you’ve ever met, and if you haven’t met one hes the one that makes you want to know them all - the sweetest. So clean. So fresh. 💯 recommend. Talk to them about your needs. They’re so understanding.
Great service! The tenant before me had a pet and left odors/shedding behind that caused me major allergies. I contacted pacific pro and did an amazing job removing the odor from my carpet. Slept like a baby the next day, no stuffy or running nose. I would highly recommend this place for cleaning services.
