Pacific Pro Carpet Cleaning transformed our carpet. Fast, professional, and seriously thorough. Our whole place feels fresh again. Absolutely recommend.
Adam did an excellent job explained to everything to me and was very professional
Adam was in constant contact leading up to my appointment. Very pleasant and efficient the whole time and he did an excellent job. The price was okay too.
The carpet and chair cleaning service was excellent. Everything looks fresh, spotless, and beautifully clean. The team was professional, friendly, and paid great attention to detail. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend their service!
Thank you guys for your service, you did a phenomenal job.
I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the service! My upholstery looks and smells amazing, and he took great care to protect the floors and clean everything up afterward. I used a large chain company last time, and there was no comparison. This company was hands down the best. Reasonably priced, easy to…
Jhonny did a great job thank you
They were really professional. Quick and efficient. My couch is really clean and free of bad smells. I like that you can book that same day too!
Unbelievable service! Lucca is the owner operator of the company and he is extremely professional, honest and hardworking. He cleaned our couches, grout and rugs. We could not be more pleased with the results!
Vinny is THE BEST! We had a guest fall asleep on the couch and spell chocolate chip ice cream all over our couch and I figured since they were coming out, I would have them clean my rug. Ice cream is completely gone and my rug seriously looks like new. I don’t know why I waited and didn’t have them come out sooner.…
Came out the day after I called, showed up exactly on time, was conscientious about our pets, was courteous, and did a great job cleaning. Highly recommend!
They did a GREAT job, 10/10
Went above and beyond to find a spigot in my apartment complex, was very punctual and communicative. Took even less time than he quoted and of course, my white boucle couch looks sparkling. Would hire again.
Adam did a really good job cleaning my couches, very professional and friendly. I am a returning customer because of the great work I am very satisfied.
Johnny did a great job. My couches look and smell nice and clean
Amazing job! Jhonny was great at communicating and being very transparent and professional when he arrived and while doing the job. The work was great, I wish I had before pictures but we had several stains that I could not get out, but Jhonny got them out and everything looks like new.
Adam is the best! I reached out to PPCC on Friday evening. They were here by 8am on Saturday. Quoted me exactly what they charged me. Great customer service, friendly, excellent energy. All around just a great level of service. They're my go-to from here on out! I highly recommend.
Young guys did amazing work and super fast. $250 to do this entire couch.
Jhonny and Adam did a great job cleaning my living room carpet, two area rugs, and even my upholstered desk chair. The desk chair had markings from my daughter’s markers on it and I thought it was a goner. But they managed to clean it and it looks brand new again. They were efficient and professional, and very…
They offered a same day appointment, were on time, polite and fast.
Had a large sectional cleaned. Easy scheduling, prompt service, super satisfied. Thanks!
They did a good job on my couch. But after they left i notice my carpet was soaking wet around my couch. Which was upsetting because my carpet is brandnew i just had them replaced 4 months ago it was so wet an entire towel was soaked after trying to dry it up.
Amazing service. I had a couch I got on OfferUp that was dirty and now I feel comfortable laying on it. It's clean and it smells great. The service was amazing and he was able to set up everything quickly. Trustworthy and very friendly employees work there.
The best. Super good service ajd very nice, would definitely call Again
Amazing service and amazing results. Pacific pro is my go to for my home and my rental units. Always on time, always reliable, always clean. What more could you ask for
Hands down, best service! My only regret is not having before pictures to compare to the after (picture attached). I have dogs and cats. The dogs like to jump on the sofa and lick their paws which causes stains. Then our cat peed on the sofa which made it worse. I did my best with my own upholstery cleaner but knew…
I was impressed with their great service, good prices, and quick turnaround. Vinny was professional and efficient, leaving my carpets and couch looking fresh and clean. Highly recommended!
Beautiful and thorough job, would recommend to any close friend who needs a quick home refresh!
Pacific pro has helped me 7 or 8 times now. They are always so helpful and hardworking!
Quick, professional, and reasonably priced service! Looking forward to my clean, much better-smelling couch and chairs!
I highly recommend these guys for any upholstery or carpet cleaning. We bought a large used couch and had them clean and sanitize it to remove the dog smell from the previous owner. They went above and beyond to clean the couch and were very fast. They are the best. A+++
Very fast, friendly response. Honest about what they could and couldn't do with my dirty furniture. Very happy with the outcome and service. I recommend them!
Had the best experience with PacificPro! They were incredibly easy to reach, and scheduling was so simple and handled conveniently via text. They fit me in the same day and even arrived a bit early, which I really appreciated since I was anxious about the spills and stains on my couch and area rug. Kenyt, my…

Excellent staff, very efficient and left the room smelling fresh! It was perfect!
I needed my couch cleaned. Searched the internet and found Pacfic Pros. Reviews were good so I decided to give them a try. Someone came out, cleaned my couch and it looked and smelled clean until it dried. Found some old stains still there. Called them, they came back out and cleaned them, couch is perfect. I…
Great service all around! I got my couch, rug, and barstools done and they were in and out in less than an hour and everything looks brand new.

The technician was very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend the company for all cleaning services.
Luca was fantastic! He was very professional, he was on time, and the pricing was exactly what I expected it to be! He told me about how long it would take he didn't try to upsell me on anything else. He showed me some of the work as it was being done and then he cleaned up and was on his way. I have used a few…
Amazing! Made my cheesy smelling carpet smell like heaven. Eternally grateful

Great service! Would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a company that gets the job done! Clean and efficient.
Such a great experience from start to finish. My cat had a pretty big accident due to an upset stomach while I was at work. She got it on our couch and some patches of carpet. I immediately went and set an appointment with Pacific Pro Carpet and they were able to come out same day! Luca did a phenomenal job and…
