Paradise Pools built our pool in 2015 and have maintained it since its completion. We have had a wonderful experience. They have been consistent and prompt in their care. Fees have remained reasonable. Through the years, our technicians have changed but the level of service has remained excellent.
I am very impressed w the level and quality of service we are getting. Our pool guy does a great job and I love the steady and thorough flow of communications. Well done. I can’t say enough about how pleased we are with the service. Enjoying our pool again.
Paradise Pools does a great job on weekly maintenance. They are always ready to help with whatever comes up. I am on my third house with a poool, and this is the best pool company experience I have had.
I appreciate that they show up at the same time every week. The pool looks great and always willing to help or answer any questions when I have them. Paradise is very responsive and helpful. I would recommend Paradise to anyone who is looking to have their pool look fabulous throughout the year.
So far so good. Our service is always done on Monday and we get pictures to proove they were out there. You can talk to the service techs and they are very helpful always.
Paradise Pool put in our pool about 20 years ago and has maintained it since that time. We are still pleased!
Would I recommend Paradise Pools YES, I would. As Supervising Building Inspector, now retired, for the County of Napa yes, I would recommend them. Why would I recommend Paradise Pools? Because I have known the owners of Paradise Pools, Tim and Randy, since they started in business back in 1979 and I have inspected several hundred(s) of their pools. I was always impressed by their professionalism and attention to details when building a pool and their insistence that the pool owner be totally satisfied with the finished pool. On another note, they have to be the best at what they do because they live in Napa unlike most of the other swimming pool companies from out of Town/County who come into Napa City/Napa County, build their pool(s) and vanish. Without question paradise pools would be my first choice if I were to build a swimming pool. They also have a very knowledgeable pool maintenance staff that can maintain the pool so that one can enjoy the pool for years. Their office staff are also very friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful and if one has any problems a quick phone call to the office is quickly answered and problem usually quickly resolved. Paradise Pools** has been taking care of our pool on a weekly basis, and they consistently do a terrific job. The pool cleaners are always polite, professional, and dependable, and they pay close attention to the details that really matter.
