I had a rodent issue in my house. Paragon did an AMAZING job. They closed off all exterior and interior holes, added traps and sent experts almost every week or two to investigate the traps. They sprayed for pest control inside and around the house. They also added roof insulation that saved me a lot on my electric…
Very knowledgeable of what he was doing and outstanding customer service!
Hector did a great job and listened to our concerns. We are confident we have finally found a service we can rest in.
I am highly impressed with Paragon Service technicians performance, kindness and great communication skills. Mr. Eddie texted Estimated time of his arrival. He was exceptionally respectful and friendly. Despite high temperatures he worked diligently providing insects protection for our property. I highly recommend…
We always look foward to see Sean. He is always very nice, professional and does a great job!!!
Had a carpenter ant problem. Eddie came and looked over the yard and house and identified areas where they might be and how they were getting in. Suggested a couple of things I could do and he took care of spraying and baiting for the ants. Great service.
Amazing service from start to finish! the scheduling was actually enjoyable, and the tech was kind, experienced and patient. They did far more than I expected for the price and should I ever need services like theirs again, they will DEFINITELY be my first call!
All techs are efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. They are courteous with respect for your property while being very friendly. I have used many companies in my 40 years living in the Dallas area and I have stayed with Paragon the last few years because they are the best!
Outstanding on every point. Great communications in advance. Ontime arrival. Very thorough inspection and clear explanations. An absolute professional!
Very professional pest control service. We had a wasp/hornet problem and fire ants. All the nests were knocked down and we were able to see the fire ants carrying the granules to the nest. Our technician Sam was very nice and arrived early am when they were active. I would highly recommend Paragon based on my experience.
I continue to get excellent service from this company. I'm very happy I found them. Rafael did my quarterly pest control and monthly mosquito service. As always, he was very professional, pleasant and paid attention to special areas. Excellent service!
This company has shown repeatedly that it aims to satisfy their customers. If I have questions, they're more than willing to educate me about my particular situation and make recommendations. I have the feeling they're going to "have my back" until there is complete resolution of my problem.
The service for sugar ants was exactly what I needed. Paragon did not try to push a service plan on me, which I appreciated. The technician was professional and explained in detail what was to be done in the service. I was very pleased with the service.
We are always pleased with our service from Paragon. Every technician that has ever come to our home is professional, thorough and friendly. They always seem to do a little extra than what we expected and it’s appreciated! They check on us after service to make sure there are no continuing issues. We are also…
Professional and detailed service! Hector was very polite and explained what the plan was for my first service. Paragon is also very fair in their pricing. Highly recommend.
Recently came back to Paragon after going with someone else for a year due to Paragon's excellent customer service. Our technician, Raymond, has been great to work with. He's extremely polite and thorough when treating our home. We couldn't be happier!
Paragon has been great. The communication is great, which is highly appreciated. Today, Raymond came to do the service and he gets 5 stars from me. He asked clarifying questions, answered any question I had and held a brief conversation. As someone who values customer service, this experience was great. Is there a…
Paragon is great. Raymond arrived on time, did a thorough job, and answered my questions very well. Shaun in the office is also very knowledgeable and great with front-end items. Presley with scheduling also got me on the books promptly, which I appreciate.
Raymond came this morning and did a great job. Thank you again
Lately, Raymond treated our yards. He was personable, funny, and respectful. I get someone new each treatment, but I would love to have Raymond come out for future treatments.
