Eli was pleasant, professional and honest. Informed me that he couldn't patch the last hole due to an over abundance of wasps in the area but assured me Paragon would complete the job on their next visit. Excellent work!
We’ve used Paragon’s pest and rodent services for several years! Every technician has been wonderful. We get quarterly pest control services and never had a bad experience. Extra thankful for Isiac and his crew for being so thorough with their rodent exclusion too. And Terry in the scheduling department is always so helpful!!
This company has shown repeatedly that it aims to satisfy their customers. If I have questions, they're more than willing to educate me about my particular situation and make recommendations. I have the feeling they're going to "have my back" until there is complete resolution of my problem.
I was very impressed with Trevor's professionalism, service orientation and integrity. I highly recommend Paragon Pest Control!

Paragon was the only one who found that it was not rats/mice, but a squirrels(s) and where they were entering. Entrance points were covered and attic areas treated. Post treatment followed with additional repairs…
This is a company I would highly recommend for your extermination needs. They are very professional and go above and beyond the services that they provide. I’m glad I switched!!!
After squirrels chewed their way into the attic, we hired Paragon to humanely trap and exclude the rodents from our house. Every step of the process, the techs and the dispatchers were professional and responsive. They followed up repeatedly to make sure we were happy with the work and not having any further issues.…
I have never posted a review before but had to show my support for this company. I was VERY impressed with everyone at Paragon! They were all super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions. I chose Paragon because they could not only address my raccoon problem, but also treat for insects,…
Chris and Reed did an excellent job securing my house where the pesky squirrels had entered. They checked the attic and the rest of the exterior. The repairs and barriers they installed are very well done and do not detract from my house’s appearance. These gentlemen were on time, polite and ready to answer any…
Paragon was a blessing to me over the past week. I had annoying squirrels in my attic that were causing a lot of damage, including destroying my insulation. I called Paragon and Chase came out and did a free inspection. Afterward, he gave me my quote, which was a great deal. Unfortunately, after the winter storm…
