Sam is very knowledgeable and explained everything very well today. This was the initial inspection (no charge) for their rodent exclusion service. We are scheduling the work.
Jose was polite and professional. He did excellent work checking the traps and helped me get access to an area below my kitchen island where the rodent entered my home through obsolete ductwork that the contractor had not sealed off. He said he would consult with Paragon about how to seal the duct at the exit…
I had a rodent issue in my house. Paragon did an AMAZING job. They closed off all exterior and interior holes, added traps and sent experts almost every week or two to investigate the traps. They sprayed for pest control inside and around the house. They also added roof insulation that saved me a lot on my electric…

After being worried about a rodent issue in our home, I sent messages out to a few different pest control companies. Great company and even better staff to work with. Still in the process, but wonderful experience so far.
Good job by the 2 techs. They started working as soon as they arrived and completed in reasonable amount of time. They said they would have to let the caulking dry before they can do the painting and will finish the carport area and anything else the next round. So far, the work that we saw that was completed looked very professional.
Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly people. I am very satisfied with them.
The Paragon Pest Control team did a great job servicing our home's attic, roof and garage! The professionals sealed the eaves to prevent rodents and squirrels from entering our home. In the past 3 months I have scheduled three appointments between two different local companies, and I have been stood up (literally no phone call) all three times. I had been quoted $8k for a rat problem from a different company. Adam came in to give a second opinion and said there was nothing wrong and no service was needed. I very appreciate his honesty. He could of easily quoted me a cheaper price but instead was truthful and saved me a lot of money.
