I had a rodent issue in my house. Paragon did an AMAZING job. They closed off all exterior and interior holes, added traps and sent experts almost every week or two to investigate the traps. They sprayed for pest control inside and around the house. They also added roof insulation that saved me a lot on my electric…

We always look foward to see Sean. He is always very nice, professional and does a great job!!!
We were very pleased with our experience with Paragon. Jose was friendly, courteous, thorough and knowledgeable. He took his time treating for bugs outside and even left the woodwork within a 30 foot radius cleaned and treated for spider webs! He was very respectful of property and home. I highly recommend Paragon.…
I continue to get excellent service from this company. I'm very happy I found them. Rafael did my quarterly pest control and monthly mosquito service. As always, he was very professional, pleasant and paid attention to special areas. Excellent service!
This company has shown repeatedly that it aims to satisfy their customers. If I have questions, they're more than willing to educate me about my particular situation and make recommendations. I have the feeling they're going to "have my back" until there is complete resolution of my problem.

Edit 4.1.26 Brad serviced our house today and he did a great job. Always like the reps they send to the house. Still with them after all these years. Thanks paragon. Paragon has been great! Paragon has been great. The communication is great, which is highly appreciated. Today, Raymond came to do the service and he gets 5 stars from me. He asked clarifying questions, answered any question I had and held a brief conversation. As someone who values customer service, this experience was great. Is there a…
I highly recommend Paragon Pest Control. I appreciate their honesty and excellent service. I called on Nov 6, 2025 asking about wasp extermination since our renters informed me wasps were entering the house. The Paragon specialist confirmed what I told my renters that this time of year the wasps are looking to nest…
Paragon is great. Raymond arrived on time, did a thorough job, and answered my questions very well. Shaun in the office is also very knowledgeable and great with front-end items. Presley with scheduling also got me on the books promptly, which I appreciate.
Sam was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and professional. I appreciate the efficiency of work and outstanding customer service.
Lately, Raymond treated our yards. He was personable, funny, and respectful. I get someone new each treatment, but I would love to have Raymond come out for future treatments.
This was the first time I'd used the service. The technician, Sam, explained everything that he was doing and was very thorough. He was courteous and friendly. I will definitely use Paragon on a go forward basis. Thanks!
This company is awesome. Everyone is professional and they're always on time. We had a real problem with large bugs in our home. They are thankfully under control now. We're very grateful!
I have been using Paragon Pest Control for about 3 years now. All of the staff I have communicated with have been professional and make me feel very comfortable. They are great with making sure I am properly communicated with about appointment updates through email, phone, and text. And they do an awesome job at making sure I have no pest issues.
This company is great from the customer service to all the technicians. In particular Dakota is so friendly, knowledgeable and hardworking.
