The service provider, Larry, was polite, friendly, and professional. He informed me of any creatures he found. He listened to my comments about what dead bugs I had seen. Excellent company to do business with as dependable and quality service.
Larry came out to treat my property today for a massive infestation of aggressive Polistes red paper wasps and carpenter ants. Very nice gentleman. Thank you for coming out so quickly, I am deathly allergic to wasps and this job was beyond my capabilities. Larry said to wait a week and if need be, he will come back and retreat.
Ryan was very personable and explained the process and if I had any issues to give him a call back I explained the warranty. He was very thorough and he worked with my schedule. I would use Patton again for the future if needed.

We've been going to Patton ever since we found black widows all over our yard and struggled with ants. Ever since they started coming out we haven't seen anymore black widows or ants. These guys are great. They are in and out in little time and really do a good job. The price is really cheap for the job they do.
I use Patton pest control to keep my home exterior clean and free of webs. Jim always shows up on time!

Kaden was excellent today. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.
Technician was right on time (7am), courteous, professional, and really knew his stuff. Price was very reasonable. One complaint was that the answering service was clumsy. I had to give my name and address to 3 different people, and the call took about 14 minutes for what should have only taken 5-10 minutes.
