Alex was terrific! He explained everything in detail and kept us informed as to how the dogs were adjusting!
I boarded for the 1st time. Several charges like pet insurance was not disclosed at the time I made the reservation via phone and the boarding package I choose changed and was never notified, however the cost remained the same. But the worst is - BOTH my dogs came home with kennel cough

My two dogs just came home from their four night stay at paw commons. This was there first real experience being in a boarding facility. Mia was so happy. We are thankful that they had an ladt minute opening. The price was a little high but overall still a nice place. The staff was very friendly. Will definitely use them again.
Snoozer, our 85 pound German Shepherd mix, boarded here for 6 days. He came home healthy and happy and in a good mood. We will be taking him here to board in the future: a great experience.

Anna is an incredible dog trainer and we are lucky we found her! We learned a lot while working with her, and will look forward to another round of private training lessons soon. Shadow is a dog from a shelter. She has never been back to a kennel. I was concerned she would be really upset. JOhn went to pick her up and found Shadow was just fine. The report that it was a very successful stay. We might be helicopter parents. Thanks to the staff for excellent care.
