I boarded for the 1st time. Several charges like pet insurance was not disclosed at the time I made the reservation via phone and the boarding package I choose changed and was never notified, however the cost remained the same. But the worst is - BOTH my dogs came home with kennel cough
My dogs love day care days! The staff is fantastic. They were able to trim blus nails without any problems. A miracle in my book. Highly recommended.
Today was a very first day I took my dogs in for their trial run. I got great report cards on both of them and I went ahead and purchased the 10 half-day package. Highly recommend.
Great facility and great staff
Our pup has a lot of anxiety and fear aggression. We worked, unsuccessfully with other trainers. Ana is amazing. We and our pup have learned so much.
Paw Commons Per Resort is awesome! They care for our dogs and their people like family. The continuum of services offered is amazing! I wouldn’t take my dogs any other place! Thank you Paw Commons. We love you.
Incredibly friendly and caring staff! ❤️A big shout out to Danaka who went above and beyond to make me and Delilah feel welcomed. ❤️ ⭐️ Delilah would also like to give an extra special thank you to Alex for taking such good care of her during her first meet-and-greet! ⭐️ 🤩 And Amelia, Pet Stylist extraordinaire,…
When I first took my dog Lucky to Paw Commons, he was very hyper and barked aggressively at people but never bit anyone. I wanted him trained and to feel safe walking him anytime. I found Paw Commons online, met Ana, and told her Lucky needed help with socializing and leash pulling. Ana and Alex were great, and…
My dog love it and she was happy. By the time we came home my dog slept thru the night!!
Anna was fantastic with our puppy Ketchup! She really listened to our concerns as new puppy parents and worked patiently with him on general obedience and his fear of strangers. It’s still a work in progress, but we’ve already seen real improvement in his confidence as well as ours in knowing what to do and he’s…
Patient. Knowledge
Very friendly staff. My shepherd trusts them for playtime as well as boarding. She normally doesn't trust anyone that's not family but she likes Paw Commons.
Great staff service was on point my fur babies enjoyed there first experience Thank you
Nova my 13 month GSD has grown so much and broken out of her shell since coming here for the last 6 months. I am amazed by the staff and the detail to attention to my Nova girl
I have tried other day care training in the area and I can tell you that paw commons is hands down the best on the east side for sure. My patches is a mini Aussie and she comes home happy and tired. She actually asked to go and when we drive down the road she knows and gets really excited a block out. We have…
Ana Mendoza is a great trainer and teacher. Our dog Abby loved the sessions and Ana. She has a great sense of humor and made the training fun for Abby (and us).Highly recommended
Outstanding communication and friendly staff
The staff was so thoughtful and kind. This was Hazel's first experience with day camp and she seemed to like it. She fell asleep on the drive home. Definitely going back.
Anna is an incredible dog trainer and we are lucky we found her! We learned a lot while working with her, and will look forward to another round of private training lessons soon. The Paw Commons doggy day care and boarding is also top notch. We appreciate the large outdoor play area, the attentive staff and webcam to check on our pup. Thanks Paw Commons!
Jimbo’s walking much better on leash which is great because we talk walks often. He is also much more consistent with commands. He loves Anna, the trainer
The staff is amazing with our dog, Rake. Always friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. The facility is warm and inviting, too. Alex does a great job keeping us informed and Rake looks forward to his days at Paws Commons with unbridled energy.
I have been taking my two dogs, Bodie and Ella, to Paw Commons since last August, and I truly cannot say enough good things about this place. From day one, the level of care, communication, and professionalism has been outstanding. Shayla, Alexis, and Erin have all been incredible, and it’s clear how much they…
Alexis and her staff are great..My fur kids have been happy with Alexis and all her team
I love this place, and my sweetest pup Walter also loves it. The amazing staff, including Danaka, Ezra, Shayla, and Alexis, are incredibly kind and communicative (I was a little dubious of it being part of a bigger company until I met them). Walter attends daycare regularly and has boarded for several nights when…
I can not say enough wonderful things about Paw Commons. The facility is incredibly clean, the staff is knowledgeable and attentive and they offer so many amenities. The best part is, my big guy loves going to daycare!
I felt welcomed immediately. Alex and Alexis were professional and answered all of my questions. My dog was greeted warmly and happily joined Alex for his visit.
Shadow is a dog from a shelter. She has never been back to a kennel. I was concerned she would be really upset. JOhn went to pick her up and found Shadow was just fine. The report that it was a very successful stay. We might be helicopter parents. Thanks to the staff for excellent care.
My dog Fletcher is the most important thing in my world and I have no worries once I leave him in the care of these wonderful people. He can’t wait till they open the door so he can go in and play with all the other dogs.
Daycare combined with training is the perfect combination to help my beautiful puppy reach his fullest potential while his busy momma is hard at work. Thanks to trainer, Ana, for making Sammy a good dog citizen and the entire crew at Paw Common’s for all you do for our commmunity.
What a wonderful staff. We felt like we left our dog at a safe place in good hands. Couldn’t be happier.
Loki had his first visit to Paw Commons today. As we entered we were greeted by caring attentive staff who followed up with photos of him playing and enjoying his stay. It’s so nice to have a safe caring place for Loki to socialize and exercise.
Amazing service. They took Alfie in last minute for Thanksgiving week and provided us with daily updates and “report cards” with pictures which my wife and I loved seeing. We would definitely go back!
Friendly, professional staff. They explained their evaluation process and even gave us a report card detailing how our dog interacted with others. Our dog loved it there.
My Athena was very happy with her new play mates. The staff Alexis Perez was fabulous. I will be joining the day care program.
The staff are so kind and accommodating. They booked us last-minute as we were traveling through Tucson and gave our pup a safe place while we had an appointment so we didn’t have to leave him alone in a car.
We really liked these folks, and our golden came home from his meet and greet exhausted. They gave us an adorable report card, photos/video and after speaking with them, can tell they are knowledgeable in canine behavior and social behavior. Every staff member knew who he was, which made us feel like he was welcomed…
We signed our dog up for a day care visit and was very impressed with how they introduce the dogs and the attention they give them. They took the time to get to know my dog and gave feedback on how she did. The building was very clean. I already have our dog booked for some boarding with them.
