We had such an amazing experience at Paws 48! From the moment we arrived, we were treated with so much kindness, patience, and genuine care. I was a little nervous going in, but the owner immediately made me feel comfortable and completely at ease.
She is incredibly knowledgeable truly one of the most knowledgeable people I have ever met in the pet grooming industry.
She took the time to explain everything, answer questions, and make sure both my pet and I felt comfortable throughout the entire experience.
Her compassion, attention to detail, and thoroughness were absolutely exceptional.
I also really appreciated how thoughtfully the shop is designed.
The entire environment feels welcoming, clean, peaceful, and created with the animals’ comfort in mind.
What stood out to me most was how personal the experience felt. We weren’t treated like just another appointment we were treated like family.
That level of care means so much when you are trusting someone with an animal you love.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. If you have a pet and want someone who is knowledgeable, compassionate, professional, and truly cares about the animals she works with, this is absolutely the place to come. We had a beautiful experience and will definitely be returning.

Memphis is normally anxious when getting a bath and having her nails trimmed, it is usually semi-traumatic for her. However this time she was very relaxed and seemed to enjoy her bath and remained relaxed for the nail trim. 🤯
Angie then provided treadmill training and again I was surprised at how quickly Memphis caught on.
Paws 48 had a very relaxing vibe and Angie has a calm energy that made for a positive experience.

Angie is amazing!! I made an appointment to come in and bring two of my dogs to try out a treadmill. Angie was very accommodating to us and got both of my pups happily trotting on the treadmill. I will be back!!
