The owner Payton is an amazing person who has cultivated an amazing community and brought together not only a beautiful space for yoga but an amazing staff as well. They are very supportive and great yoga teachers with a variety of skills and offerings…
I am so happy I found this yoga studio. It feels like a yoga community meant for every level of yogi to enjoy. I can grow my yoga practice and feel completely at peace in this space. I love the workshops and classes. I love the energy. I just wish I'd found them sooner.

Update 2026: I moved from IL to NC and I just can't find a yoga studio that I would love as much as I loved Peak Yoga 😭😭😭 Nothing comes close and I MISS THIS PLACE SO MUCH Payton is the best instructor I've ever had. She truly made me love yoga 🤍🤍🤍 I hope I will find something as good again but Peak Yoga is forever in my heart as #1 2024: Great place, highly recommend! I am a pretty lazy person regarding physical activities but I am so glad I got myself together and came here! Me and my body feels so much better and its only after 2 weeks of attending the classes. Place is very clean, smells great, and they have everything you might need to start your day. Instructors are very attentive and helpful!

One of my favorite places in town! The studio is clean and well organized, the instructors are all very knowledgeable. You must try the sound bath on Tuesday nights at 7. A perfect class to unwind and forget the chaos of the world for an hour.
