I was really pleased with Penn Plumbing. Ryan responded in a timely manner and was able to quickly diagnose—and fix—the issue with my running toilet. Price was reasonable, as well. He has an easy-going personality, which is a nice plus. I will definitely use him for future plumbing needs. For now, I’m looking forward to next month’s water bill!

We have had Ryan do work for us in the past. He always does a great job and is also affordable. I would recommend him to any homeowner needing any plumbing services.
Ryan is friendly, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. He was even nice enough to check the warranty on our broken water heater before he gave us a quote for a new one. We’ll definitely be calling him again next time we need some plumbing work done.

There was no upsell tactics or anything, price he quoted is what was charged. He replaced the water heater, got everything up to code with new valves and expansion tank. Pricing was in the range I was expecting to pay and way lower than the big corporate plumbers around Indy. Genuinely one of the easiest and most polite plumbers I have ever dealt it. I will only hire Ryan from here on out!
