AUTE, the technician who came out, was AMAZING!! Very friendly, she made sure that I understood what she was doing and why. She informed me that the chemical was safe for pets and humans and is water based. She took the time to understand my concerns. She's a 10/10 and a 5 🌟 employee. Give her a raise !!
