Very friendly, informative, helpful. I’m glad I called when I did as the ugly little beasts were getting worst and taking over without paying rent.
Nicolaus has always done a great job when he’s been here. He would always come in and report on the outside traps. He didn’t do that this time or receive payment it was after 6 p. m so he very well could have been eager to get home. Never had any problems with him or James both has done wonderful jobs and been very considerate!

I have every trust that Pest Authority will help control the bats in the attic. He spent the day up On the roof fixing all areas that let the bats in. Afterwards he placed the rodent traps to bait mice and rodents outside. He is very personable and easy to talk to!
