Call on 7/3/2026 after getting stung by a bald faced hornet. Even though it was a holiday Michael came out on July 4th and removed the nest! Great Service!!

Exceptional service and extremely fair prices from a locally owned and operated company! I realized something had crawled into my dryer vent late on a Friday. I made the call and was answered by an actual person, not an auto attendant or call center. We made arrangements for a technician to come out on Saturday. Complications made scheduling a challenge, but the technician still came on Saturday evening and was able to quickly identify that a large bird had gotten in. He was able to safely capture the bird and fix the vent so it wouldn't get in again. Once we were sure the bird wouldn't get back in, we released it and it flew away, apparently none the worse for its experience. I highly recommend Pest Control PRO and will use them again for future issues.

Michael is a great person to work with, lots of patience, understanding and knowledge.

Great locally owned business. We have quarterly service, and it has been very effective. Competitive pricing, great service, and fast responses to communications. We switched over from the larger named services and haven't looked back.
Update: Still great service. Has been very accommodating while selling our house. Would recommend.

Michael was my technician, and I couldn’t have been more happy with his service! He was able to come out the very same evening to take care of yellow jackets that were building a nest inside my wall. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly neat and organized. Even after cutting into the drywall, he made sure to clean up thoroughly and left everything looking great.
The price was very reasonable, and the service was excellent from start to finish. I would highly recommend Michael to anyone looking for reliable, prompt, and professional service. If I have any other issues in the future, he will definitely be my #1 call!
