Very responsive. If we need an extra service, it’s scheduled right away. The techs are nice and know their stuff. May cost a bit more than the other guys, but the company we used before went downhill and the service was mediocre. You get what you pay for, and Pest Czar is a quality local company.
Jennifer - She is so friendly, helpful, understanding and very knowledge! I give her 5 star for customer service

Matt identified my dead ant as a carpenter ant. He inspected our property, including the crawl space and treated areas he determined. Time will tell if the problem has been solved. The cost seems high for quarterly service.
Knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.
Super friendly techs, the services I need are taken care of and I haven't had to call for an off service call yet!! The ease of scheduling a different date was super easy and painless. That's great to me since I hate having bugs in my house!
