Very responsive. If we need an extra service, it’s scheduled right away. The techs are nice and know their stuff. May cost a bit more than the other guys, but the company we used before went downhill and the service was mediocre. You get what you pay for, and Pest Czar is a quality local company.
The Tech .Introduces himself and who he is representing Began his work in each room.and ,completed it Very well done. No photo given at this time.
Jonathan, is personable, kind, he explains the service in great detail.
As usual with Pest Czar, great service, great people…Ryan was professional, courteous and thorough. Highly recommend!
Efficient, thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly!
Ryan was great to work with. He definitely knows what he's doing and seems to enjoy doing it. Wasn't afraid to crawl under the deck to eliminate the wasps and hornets that were making their home under there. It's a real pleasure to be able to use our deck.
Tom is wonderful!
Jennifer - She is so friendly, helpful, understanding and very knowledge! I give her 5 star for customer service
These guys are always professional and reliable.
Great experiences with Pest Czar! They were prompt and organized in their communication for coming out and spraying our house for bugs. Ryan was an absolute delight and went above and beyond! Not only was he friendly but very knowledgeable and even helped us figure out we have knats when we thought it was fruit flies! Will be scheduling with them again!
Matt was awesome !! Very quick & informative.
Truly amazing company! I am so happy I chose to use them for my pest control needs! The Technician that came out was very nice. He was very knowledgeable about pest control. He made sure everything was good to go. Thank you for all you do Pest Czar!

Pest Czar is always thorough and great with their service! Ryan is the best! I highly recommend them!
Such a helpful tech, he carried out & opened a large box, suspected of harboring a family of mice. What pest service do you know that does that?
Pest Czar was very thorough and practical with their inspection. Customers always appreciate a trust worthy operator such as Pest Czar compared to other companies scare tactics!
From my personal experience Ryan my service agent is very professional and comes via appt or as needed very flexible he tells me about the services I need and the service is affordable I would recommend him for any pest issues I have and I feel comfortable with the service ...tY RYAN

Tim provided excellent customer service!
We have used the monthly pest monitoring and mosquito / tick spray service for 3 years. They are always prompt and friendly, have come out on a few occasions for one-off bug or rodent issues. Would recommend!
Ryan was awesome, he shared his knowledge patiently explaining things to us and didn’t make me feel like he was in rush to leave. They the office and Ryan worked with my schedule to ensure services were done
Going in 2yrs that we have been getting quarterly service and I have been very pleased with our results. Our technician, Jonathan is great. He is very knowledgeable and always on time!
I've been using Pest Czar for a number of years. The company is very efficient! Jonathan is the most professional and courteous exterminator ever!
Pest Czar does an awesome job. We almost always have Ryan as our service tech. He is the best! He pays super close attention to anything we have going on and treats it perfectly every time.
I’ve been a customer for years. They come out as soon as there is a problem detected and will work with you on getting a solution.
Had a snake in the house! They caught it and set up preventative measures to protect the house from further incidents.
Super friendly techs, the services I need are taken care of and I haven't had to call for an off service call yet!! The ease of scheduling a different date was super easy and painless. That's great to me since I hate having bugs in my house!
Quick, on-time and professional
First extermination, so we will see, but I signed up for the monthly plan. Matt was very nice and knowledgeable.
This review is specific to Matt Carothers! Thanks Matt!
Excellent customer service
Pest Czar has a very customer oriented and quick response company culture. The persons I have directed dealt with the past year are Jennifer the supervisor and dispatcher to the technicians and also customer service contact person and Erica owner of the company. They have been very helpful in dealing with a tenant…
