Pest Czar is super great, they're head and shoulders above the exterminators I had previously. The tech is friendly and helpful and I have had zero mice since they started here. That's quite a feat!!
Very responsive. If we need an extra service, it’s scheduled right away. The techs are nice and know their stuff. May cost a bit more than the other guys, but the company we used before went downhill and the service was mediocre. You get what you pay for, and Pest Czar is a quality local company.
I love this company! Technicians & customer service representatives are all kind, respectful, and patient! I am truly treated like I am family. My calls are always returned promptly & all my issues dealt with swifly! Very pleased! August 2023: I am still a very satisfied customer after several years with no…

I have been a customer for several years and have found Pest Czar to be an outstanding company that provides great service. They are professional and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!
Good communication and efficient service. Thank you Seth for inspecting our home. He was right on time and very helpful.
Seth was AWESOME! He explained everything and was very thorough! Looking forward to seeing him again! If I able to have him come out of his schedule permits!
Very effective. I got a one time service first that was so effective I decided to get a monthly 12 month. I think everything they do they tell you first ask for permission for stronger stuff and make sure your toddlers and pets can’t reach those places. Would recommend to all
I am finally feeling comfortable in my own home free from rodents roaming as if they are part of my home. Pest Czar has given my family and I relief and peace. Pest Czar service is effective and dependable.
Similar to other reviews, I called to request an inspection and was immediately sent a contract for treatment. Nobody bothered to come try to figure out what they were treating for, and as nice as the last was, she gave me a list of what they couldn’t do, but not what they actually could do.
I had a number of concerns about mice and centipedes, and Tim was responsive and very helpful. He listened to me and explained very clearly the plan as to how to take care of these problems. I’ve been happy with Pest Czar for about 5 years now.
Really appreciate the quick service and follow up from Pest Czar.
As always, Matt provided thorough, professional, friendly service to help keep the mice away during this cold winter.
These guys are always professional and reliable.
Professional and on time. I had a rodent issue. They sprayed non toxics because I have a dog. Their monthly service is very affordable and their customer service representatives are always kind and very responsive. It's a must use. Definitely sign up for the monthly service. It's worth the money and it's inexpensive.
Ryan was phenomenal. We were able to get a quick appointment and he showed up right on time. He was able to explain everything thoroughly when I had any questions and listened to everything I had to say. Plus we haven't seen a mouse in a couple weeks! Yay! Thanks PestCzar and thanks Ryan!
Excellent Service, quick response time. Been using them for years.
He is a true professional. Thanks for being so responsive.
Matt was very thorough and knowledgeable.
Justin was very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this company to all who need pest and rodent control
Matt was awesome !! Very quick & informative.
We were having problems with mice and roaches and Ryan came out and was very knowledgeable and friendly! I feel confident that our problems will be solved! And for a great price!
I started using Pest Czar's quarterly service several years ago. They have been very knowledgeable, helpful and responsive, and I have seen results, so it was well worth the cost. Everyone who works for Pest Czar is very friendly, professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend them.
Great service!
I continue to be pleased and happy that I contracted Pest Czar to service my residence. The technicians are professional and courteous, punctual and efficient. Kudos to Seth R.
Pest czar has been great from eliminating the mice in our house to tackling the numerous wasp nests around the outside of the property. Always courteous, professional and friendly.
Great service! Ryan is super!
I've used this company many years for my commercial property. They always do a thorough job.
The appt went great! Quick and through.
Great experience from the first time I called until the first appointment. Super professional! The young lady that answered the phone was super pleasant and professional. The technician was super nice, professional and knowledgeable! The price was great as well! Very pleased!
My regular technician Johnathan is the best! Professional, knowledgeable and reliable. Pleasant and friendly personality!
My sister suggested I give this company a try and I am glad I did. Great service and very flexible. Still going strong with this company in 2025.
Thanks Pest Czar! As a quarterly extermination customer I really appreciated that you scheduled a same day appointment for a potential rat problem. Awesome customer service Ryan!
Such a helpful tech, he carried out & opened a large box, suspected of harboring a family of mice. What pest service do you know that does that?
I am a “questions” type of guy, and they take the time to answer them all. UPDATE: This company still displays fantastic service. Their knowledge of all types of pests is what will keep me using and recommending them.
Seems not much of an extermination. The Rep only laid a couple traps and didn’t spray anything. I thought the initial appointment would have been more involved.
The technician was very professional and knowledgeable . The service was quick!
I don't generally leave reviews. This one I must. The technician was very professional, and knowledgeable. Asked questions and went into places of my home I did not even know existed. I feel very confident that my problem will be going away very soon. I will re-post in 3 months with an update. Despite me…
From my personal experience Ryan my service agent is very professional and comes via appt or as needed very flexible he tells me about the services I need and the service is affordable I would recommend him for any pest issues I have and I feel comfortable with the service ...tY RYAN
