The installation was clean and precise, and he left everything neat and tidy. He was in and out with very little disruption or hassle. He brought along his second-grade daughter, who was an absolute delight—very polite, respectful, and well-behaved. It was wonderful to see a hardworking father setting such a positive example for her. The service, workmanship, and personal attention were all outstanding. He arrived early, and completed the replacement in record time to ensure we were able to leave for another appointment on time. AND he cleaned up after himself with his own vacuum!
